Read before booking this resort!!
I learned this resort is only about two years old and has not yet had its grand opening, which may explain why it still feels like it's in a soft-opening phase. After a 5-night stay, I would not recommend it if you're expecting the food, service, and entertainment of a true all-inclusive resort.
Major issues included slippery floors throughout the property, poor signage, lukewarm shower water, clogged sinks, and a large roach in our room. There were also 20+ cats roaming the resort, including around outdoor dining areas, which felt unsanitary.
The food was disappointing. The buffet had limited options, the fish was dry, breakfast items were served ice cold, and menu descriptions were inaccurate. My companion became sick after dining at Castle View. Late-night food was almost nonexistent despite the bars staying open until 1:00 a.m.
Entertainment was minimal, consisting mostly of karaoke and the same band nightly, with no daytime pool activities. Staff were generally not welcoming, housekeeping ignored our Do Not Disturb sign two times and maintenance performed noisy floor work during the afternoon while guests were walking through the area.
Although staff asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, my birthday was never acknowledged. There was also no gift shop and no in-room snacks or alcohol, which I've always found at other all-inclusive resorts.
Overall, this resort has potential but is not ready to deliver the all-inclusive experience it advertises. Management needs to improve food quality, guest service, communication, and overall operations before I could recommend staying here.

Everything was good, well seasoned and flavorful. Chef Uttam did a great job.

Chef Uttam was very nice. He came to the table to greet us and find out if we enjoyed the food. The butter chicken was amazing. Millek was also amazing. He was quite courteous. In fact, the whole staff was very professional.

Lovely meal at Tattva. Delicious food from Uttam and amazing service from Mileek who is one of the friendliest and most helpful people during our stay in the hotel.
Best Carribbean hotel we have stayed at!
Honestly cannot fault this hotel and probably has to be one of the best I have ever stayed at in the Caribbean. Our room was immaculate and the beds, towels and mini bar was restocked /cleaned everyday.
The food was also delicious the Mediterranean Market was great but abit samey at times. Tattava was our favourite and we are here twice, the lamb shank and butter chicken are to die for! Castle view resturant was also amazing with delicious steak. The fact you could get premium alcohol and there was no difference in price was a real game changer for us!
The staff are courteous and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were having a good time, whether this was bring us additional drinks or just checking in to see if we were having a good time! Also loved the variance between the pools. Our fav Pool was the one with the swim up bar; however the main pool by reception was our afternoon choice! The quiet pool was good to recover from a hangover!
Great job guys, we are already looking at a return visit!
