No water no communication
The minute we got checked in we were informed there was no water. Went to our room that had no air conditioning, no working bathroom. Was promised water to be delivered to the room, never happened. After 24 hours, they moved us to another resort. That one was beautiful. It was supposed to be a one night stay. The next day I tried texting the number they gave us to communicate and 3 hours later, they said they had no updates and that manager would let me know. A half hour later they sent a driver to get us. We were bullied to get in the van or were on our own. My travel agent and tour operator tried calling the resort and got no answer. The water issue was from the Friday before we got there. No one reached out before our stay. Very disappointing.
A resort to visit again
OMG, resort is huge overlooking beach and rooms were enormous. Service there was impeccable, with peace and tranquility in that space. Sought assistance from tour guide desk which all excursions had been arranged there in resort.

Breathtaking Ocean Views and an Amazing Entertainment Team!

The hotel is situated right by the ocean, and the views are absolutely breathtaking!
Atmosphere
The atmosphere is wonderful, thanks to the fantastic entertainment team. The young team is first-class — they sing, dance, and make sure everyone has a great time. Everyone is friendly, always smiling, and happy to help whenever needed.
A special mention goes to Kent and Cheryse, who truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service, positive energy, and kindness. They make the experience even more special!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful location and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Should be better
The property itself is pretty. The attention to detail needs to be worked on. I wish your rum bar had better rum included given that it’s an all-inclusive. Being in Barbados with so many great rums and not even a Doorly’s 5 yr isn’t included? I understand not including bottles that retail for $50+ but to advertise a rum bar and your staff not know the prices is crazy. In general, expect to only be offered well selections. The pools need more attention before guests come to swim. There were cups and straws in the pool that clearly were from at least a day before. The food available was hit or miss. Mostly a miss. I’m sure the restaurants were better (reservations are required and didn’t fit with our schedule). I don’t think housekeeping uses a checklist given the inconsistency. They took coffee cups away but didn’t replace. We had to request them and it was clear housekeeping didn’t keep a stock of the coffee or cups. I enjoyed myself but I wasn’t impressed at the lack of attention to details.
