This newly renovated, luxury beachfront, all-inclusive resort features what many guests say is the best view on the South Coast of Barbados. Nestled on a secluded corner of the south coast of Barbados, this enchanting property is fortunate to have access to two beaches as well as a spectacular view of Oistins Bay. This fabulous establishment is fortunate to be spread over 2.5 acres of lush tropical gardens with mature palms and coconut trees. Also adding to the spectacular beauty of this property is the 1000 feet of beach frontage, which allows guests to have ocean views from just about everywhere on the property. Guests may completely unwind in the spacious and tastefully appointed rooms. Each of them comes with modern comforts to afford truly enjoyable stay. Visitors may pamper their taste buds with enticing dishes served at the 5 hotel's restaurants. There are 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis for adults only and a family pool where children and their parents may luxuriate on warm days.
The location was lovely, there was an issue with seaweed on the beach which was obviously beyond their control but the hotel provided a shuttle to a less affected beach which in my opinion was above and beyond. The food and drink were lovely, lots of choice and the staff were friendly and professional, I see some reviews disagree but honestly I think that is a case of you get back the vibes you give out, i found everybody willing to help and lovely. The hotel is well maintained for the most part and the staff are constant cleaning and making sure the environment is pleasant, it’s also close enough to the gap and Bridgetown that if you wanted to get out to the local restaurants and attractions you can, we also hired a car for a couple of days and explored all the way up to St Lucy which was amazing, would definitely recommend I would definitely use this place again, it has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday in Barbados
We just had an extended family trip here and left very disappointed. The resort is dated which is fine if the service had made up for it. It did not. Our room was updated and very nice but we never had hot water the entire stay. I will say the staff keeping the rooms clean was wonderful! The rest of the staff was a hit or miss. Half the time they were rude and annoyed by you and the other half they were friendly. The same person would be all but ugly towards us one day and the next day friendly, it was like being in the twilight zone. They were always kind to our children though so that was nice.
We were a large group and got the sense multiple times that we were not welcomed there (some of us even felt like it was because we were Americans).
The seaweed was unfortunate but we understood it was a natural occurrence. When asked about the shuttle service we heard about we were initially told we’d have to pay for a taxi. The next morning we found out there was indeed a shuttle service running but we were never notified. The second time the shuttle bus was full and we waited an hour for another bus before we gave up. We did make it to another beach that was wonderful and the people were very friendly.
Sit down dinners lasted 2-2 1/2 hrs which again would have been fine if the service was better. The food was good at these restaurants and the BBQ buffet was excellent. However, the room where the buffet is located was extremely warm to the point I worried about spoilage of some items.
We’d try to order drinks or food and sometimes be told we had to sit down first and others wouldn’t even acknowledge us but would make the drinks with no words exchanged. A few ladies made our children fresh lemonade all week and were very friendly to them. We’d clear our own drinks and dishes from the pool and beach but when asked where to put them we got eye rolls. The towels were always out unless you snagged some early in the morning.
The highlight of the trip was Bingo and the sailboat they offered. Both were wonderful. Everything else was very frustrating and not the relaxing vacation we expected. We found mixed reviews while we were there of people saying they loved it and it was their 3rd time visiting and others disappointed like us. Again, very odd that people had experiences at such opposite ends of the spectrum. Guess we weren’t favored and it showed, bottom line, we won’t be returning.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze Beach House on the beautiful island of Barbados. The location is perfect, set on a beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise water. The beach is great for those who enjoy taking long walks. We stayed in a Oceanfront suite in the newer Mahogany building. Our suite was perfectly appointed with all the required amenities. The view of the ocean from our balcony was truly breathtaking. We loved all of the dining options. For breakfast, there is a lovely buffet with the talented Marcia cooking fresh eggs, made to order. At lunch, we alternated between the buffet at Mahogany and Flying Fish, the casual restaurant located next to the pool. Our favourite dinner option was Cerulean with the wonderful manager Arden. He was truly a delight and was so kind and hospitable. Jerome is another fantastic asset to the hotel. He is a bartender who made some delicious tropical drinks for our 9-year-old son. He was always friendly and engaging. The staff really do make you feel like family. In short, we cannot wait to return for another visit to this fantastic place. We always make such wonderful memories with our family.
I had an amazing stay at Sea Breeze Beach House! My beach view room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind. The resort had everything I needed, and the beautiful grounds and amenities made my vacation even more enjoyable.
What truly made my stay memorable was the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely cared that I had a great experience. A special thank you to Mario from maintenance, who went above and beyond with his kindness and professionalism. He made a lasting impression on me and is a great example of the outstanding service at this resort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sea Breeze Beach House!
We loved Sea Breeze. We stayed in a luxury family suite that was perfect for our family of 5. Food and entertainment was great (esp the beach BBQ) and plenty of options Al a Carte, which we appreciated at an all inclusive. Unfortunately, the beach was closed most of our stay due to sargassum, but out of the staffs’ control. We appreciated the service of many staff members, including Steve, Yusuf, Rakeem, Deniko, Shanese and Prince. Would love to come back!
