Our stay at Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we experienced genuine hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service.
A very special thank you to General Director Mr. Brahim Bouriqi. Your leadership is reflected throughout the entire hotel. It was inspiring to see you leading by example, supporting your staff, and ensuring that guests feel genuinely welcome.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire breakfast team for their warm welcome and outstanding service every morning. Special thanks to Chef Pâtissier Zakaria for his delicious pastries, Mr. Abdelwaheb Omari, Omaima, Azzedine, and Asmae for her delicious pancakes and traditional Moroccan baghrir, which we enjoyed very much.
Our deepest gratitude also goes to the Housekeeping team. A special thank you to Nouhaila Qorchi, who looked after our room (Room 65) with exceptional care every single day. She is incredibly caring, helpful, professional, and hardworking. Everything was always perfectly clean and beautifully prepared.
We would also like to thank Khalid from Housekeeping and Houssine from Housekeeping and Laundry. Houssine was always respectful, friendly, and professional, and both gentlemen worked with great dedication.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to Mr. Karim from the beach security team for his kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude.
In our opinion, the Housekeeping team and the Breakfast team are the heart of this hotel. They work incredibly hard every day, often behind the scenes, and truly deserve recognition for their dedication. They are a great credit to Sofitel and deserve to be appreciated for their outstanding efforts.

An incredible stay at Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa last week ! The beachfront location is perfect for unwinding. The outdoor pools are heated and incredibly relaxing, and the thalassotherapy spa is the ultimate retreat. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. In fact, the only problem with this hotel is that it is simply too nice—it is so comfortable and relaxing that we just wanted to stay on the property the entire time instead of leaving to explore the town! A special thank you to AYMAN at the reception desk for his warm welcome and outstanding professionalism, which made our check-in seamless. Highly recommended! Again Mr. Ayman thank you very much.

Great experience. Staff polite and helpful. Big shout out to breakfast staff Meryem and Ayoub, Abdullah , el omari, could not do enough.
Receptionist staff Btissam and Mceuma. We had a issue with the bed as my friend was pregnant. As there was no room we got a upgrade for free to a seat view room. Thank you for making experience grest . We will be back

Hotel was ok,great hotel team, poor reception management, took payment at end of stay then lost the confirmation and stated we hadn’t paid, ended in a dispute and had to leave hotel for airport having paid twice and awaiting money back, very poor communication and dealt with poorly, in general hotel is good, however, under better management would be exceptional place, food, was fair, too many flies over the food and on the food with no care given, simple protection over the food would go a long way, Rooms were nice, mattress leaned to one side, room cleaning excellent, facilities ok, selection of drinks and food very poor around pool, would class the hotel as four stars at a push
