DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ENGLISH!!!! THE HOTEL ONLY CATERS FOR FRENCH!!! 90% FRENCH 5% ENGLISH 5% OTHER NATIONALITYS. It definitly is not a 4 star hotel i would give it 2. The food is terrible with flies all over it, we went out more than in.when the doors opened for food french people would rush in push & shove never queued for anything. EVERYTHING IS IN FRENCH INCLUDING GAMES which english are not aloud to join. I was on holiday with my 16 yr old daughter & did get emotionally upset so went to see the lady in foyer & easyjet man & were both no help what so ever!!!!! at this point i wanted to get an early flight home, but couldnt get help with that from easyjet man. so for my daughters sake had to just carry on the rest of our holiday!!!!! WORST HOTEL EVER!! WORST FOOD!! REBECCA LANG SEPTEMBER 26
I was very nervous to come after reading the reviews, even thinking I needed to brush up on my French to be able to communicate whilst I was here. How wrong I was. I think people review with a very narrow mind that the brits rule all. I had no issues communicating with anyone in English, the food was what you would expect from an all inclusive holiday, I always found something to eat and the desserts were delicious. Every night we had the same dinner table because Hassan would hold it for us. The animation team were amazing. As for comments regarding the French being favoured, the animation team had alternating activities say darts at 10:30 from the multicultural team and then darts again at 11:30 for the French, I personally think that’s a good thing they have catered for the French which they’re open about on the hotel listing but they have also facilitated for other cultures meaning we don’t have to try and work out what they’re saying in French. My son is 4 and loved the foam party, he was disappointed to not be able to go on the big slides but he was happy with the smaller one in the kids area. The rooms are clean, our aircon did not work in our room and they moved us to a new room the next day. A great family holiday.
Good holiday in agadir and its my first time and absolutely not my last time We got a brilliant time with valeria team
Red english team great. Very happy chatty and support with queries. Very friendly. Generally food ok but need more variety in snacks please. Beef not cooked well tough hard to cut unable to chew. Domestics ok with cleaning of rooms. Drinks flowing . Sun shining.
Good location, dining area is dirty and outdated, also like a cattle market rude people & rude staff unless your French. Food is shocking... especially for fussy eaters & veggies. Its a shame as the hotel grounds are ok, but the food is Bad..............
