This hotel is ideally located right on the enchanting Bay of Agadir, just 100 meters from the fine, white sand of the beach and only just 300 m away from the lively downtown; 30 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes walked from City Center and 05 minutes to the beach. Overall nice family holiday, family friendly hotel
The location is a perfect place for walking to shops, food restaurants, the beach and also a local market. Maybe 10 or 15 mins the most. Nice atmosphere, calm but things to do people are friendly but reserved but if needed they will help, Food was okay, bed was cosy and big, with connectingrooms to other family.
Here's a plus TV channel is a good movie channel, with free WiFi, YouTube and can mirror or cast to tv.
Euros, Pounds and Dirham money can be used at shops some maybe not take it but others will and be changed up at hotel or atmosphere.
A staff member name Soufiane: was extremely friendly, happy, helpful,.charming and served us with a smile on his face and nice manner. This man deserves a raise for his consistent politeness and friendly demeanour also very attentive.
Good value. Hotel a mixed bag.
I first want to say, we got a late deal for this holiday and for what we paid (especially in the school holidays) it was amazing value for money and we had a good time.
However, I found the hotel a mixed bag. The hotel is smaller than places we’ve previously stayed and lacks the facilities of larger hotels. There are no al a’carte choices here, no afternoon ice creams and only one bar on an evening. I found the pools here small and cold however the slides were good fun and kept my son entertained. The grounds are lush and well maintained. We usually found a spot on the hill with no difficulty. I prefer to be away from pool side. I can imagine if you wanted to be by the pools it would be an early start to get a sunbed. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a decent bathroom and shower. The towels were terrible; stained and old. To get a beach towel here you need to pay a deposit of 100 d for each towel which is returned at the end of holiday. There are tea making facilities in the room which were replenished(apart from milk)You don’t get provided with much milk so I just bought a small carton to pop in the fridge. There is a safe in the room. The hotel reception can exchange money. We often had a walk to the beach, which is only a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel. There is an area for guests which has sunbeds and parasols. The beach was lovely and the sea warm. It was very busy. I found the food disappointing here. There just wasn’t the variety and quality that we had in Tunisia and Turkey. It was cooked fine and had no belly issues but there wasn’t the choice I’d have hoped for and there were quite a few flies around the chilled buffet which was off putting. Drinks were good. Enjoyed the cocktails and mocktails. I also enjoyed my mint tea in a morning. The staff were fine. Maybe not as attentive as other places but there was no rudeness and we had no issues.
The hotel is located in Agadir town and not far from the beach and promenade. Agadir is a new town having been rebuilt after an earthquake in the 1960s. I found it lacked a bit of charm. Due to Morocco being a joint host at the next World Cup. I imagine there will be further developments in the town.
The trips we booked were disappointing. We paid a lot for a 90 minute sunset camel ride. The pick up was late and we missed the sunset and only got 30 minutes on a camel. That was probably the thing we were looking forward to the most and ended up being the biggest disappointment.
The weather was good. Warm without being sweltering.
Overall we had a great holiday. Personally I would not return to the hotel or Agadir. I just prefer other destinations. I feel 3.5/5 would be reflective of our experience.

Fantastic holiday
Went as a family of 5, with friends and their family Kids age 13, 10, 8 & 6 Lovely hotel, lots going on for the kids. All staff amazing with them. Food great for all! Plenty snacks ongoing for the kids through the day! Rooms lovely and spacious and always clean! Loved all the trips, some real special memories made! We will definitely return!
Mixed review
Spent a week at this hotel some mixed reviews. Hotel its self is in a good location in Agadir, staff are very friendly and entertainment team spot on. Slides at water park are brilliant for kids but the pools themselves are a little out of date and could do with new flooring in the slide pool as was coming away. Main pool wish it could be a little bigger. And you’ll fight for a sun bed if you don’t go down before 5am!!! Snack bar brill and drinks all fine. Rooms very clean and spacious too. Main restaurant is very small and very limited food choices which I’ve never experienced in an all inclusive before normally used to a big selection of world foods was very much the same every night. Overall a nice week but personally I wouldn’t stay again nothing against the staff and the hotel itself just like something a little bigger and more food choices.
Brilliant holiday, can't fault this hotel!
Stayed for a week in August 26 with my sister. We arrived late in the evening and check in was quick and very easy. Food and drinks were provided upon arrival and there was a good selection available rather than just a few stale sandwiches that I've encountered in the past at other hotels. Our luggage was quickly taken to our room which was clean, very modern and comfortable with a huge walk in shower. There was a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, soap and shampoo, towels, air con and a safe with no additional charges. Everyone very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The pool is a little small for the size of the hotel and because we were there in school holiday time there were a lot of children at the hotel. Sunbeds around the pool were always taken early but as I prefer the quieter spots away from the pool in the gardens this didn't bother me in the slightest. What did bother me a bit was the whistle of the guy who supervised the water slides. Honestly it was too much, he was whistling before the child even hit the water for them to get out! Again, a quieter spot in the garden helped with this a bit. The hotel have a private area on the beach for Tui guests. No bathroom facilities and no bar but the hotel is a short 5 minute walk so we took drinks in thermos flasks with us to keep them cold and were able to walk back for lunch and the attendant kept an eye on our towels but told us to take any valuables with us which we were doing anyway. The beach is soft sand which gets very hot so take beach shoes, Lots of beds and parasols available. Food was limited in choice but good in quality and taste. I ate a lot of the soups due to dietary requirements and enjoyed the salads and deserts. My sister enjoyed the different meats available and the veg choices. There is always pizza, pasta, salad, breads, soup, fresh fruits, deserts and ice cream available and then stews, meats etc and tagines with some lovely looking meals available. There is also always a BBQ outside with either meat or fish available. The snack bar do pizza, wraps, hot dogs, burgers, fish sandwiches, chips and fruit from 10am to 5pm Drinks are strong! The barmen do a fantastic job of looking after you and there is a very good cocktail menu as well as a mocktail menu for the younger guests. Wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, hot drinks available from 10am to midnight. Would I return? Hell yes, in a heartbeat!!! We had a lovely week, met some really nice people, relaxed, had fun, were made to feel so welcome, ate and drank well, never hungry or without a drink thanks to the hotels fantastic staff. Huge shoutout to Othman who is such a kind soul and looked after me and my sister so well and gave us lots of helpful information and tips about the area and even taught us some Arabic. A real credit to the hotel. Can't wait to return in October with my husband for our wedding anniversary. I had booked to go to Egypt but after such a great week here with my sister I have cancelled Egypt and booked to return here.
