awful, dreadful, miserable, horrible, dirty, terrible place . RUN FOR YOUR LIFE
This hotel is by the far the worst i have visited in my life. from the moment you step in you get a sinking feeling : oh god what did i do or why did i came here .
the receptionist guy is careless not interested in helping at all, angry at you as if you killed his parents or something. so to say his rude is actually complementing him.
we were giving dirty stinky rooms without AC , we went back to the reception , the guy didn't care at all and simply told us thats what we have take it or leave it. we tried to explain to him that the hotel has advertised that it has AC and rooms shouldn't be stinky ,he simply refuse to even listen , we got a bit angry voices were raised someone else came in and gave us different rooms not much different but with AC.
the hotel is old , nothing has changed since the moment it was opened , no maintenance work has ever been done and its obvious everywhere you look. everything is broken or about to break down, from the building itself to the furniture in the rooms and every where else.
they still use old keys and the rooms doors have no handles so in case you are inside the room without key . YOU CANT LEAVE YOU ARE LOCKED IN .
bed sheets i guess are supposed to be white but in this place they are different shades of grey or brown, nothing pleasant. you stay up at night thinking about this.
AC is very loud and i actually i chose to turn it off few times and chose the heat over the 2 stroke engine noise .
If you are a non smoker and you find yourself in the reception , the reception has a smoking and non smoking areas they are separated by ??? an imaginary line i guess . you try to tell the smoke to stay over there and see if that works .
WIFI : as the receptionist told us without even trying to make an excuse for it : no wifi here ,simple, he wasn't lying. wifi only at the reception and no where else, and so weak it's completely useless , you cant even make a whats app call, thats how bad it was.
i could keep on writing as i feel so disappointed in myself for not taking seriously all the bad reviews i read, i honestly thought it cant be that bad, this country is getting ready to host a world cup , surely things are in the up, and hotels are getting ready for such a big event , may be they are, but definitely not this nightmare of a hotel. what a horrible horrible dirty filthy place.
For a family with a budget it's alright
Pictures look amazing however every towel had brown stains on, bed sheets had some dried brown marks. I found a cockroach running under my bed and I killed it. WiFi doesn't work in the rooms, you need to go to the reception to use WiFi. Food didn't have many options. Went out most of the times. Never booking a 3 star hotel again. Either a 4 or a 5 star, better to pay that little bit extra for a better experience.
Avoid at all costs, place is the pitts
avoid like the plague!! I can do basic, but this hotel is filthy. A complete miss sell from on the beach, false advertisement on the website. Currently here with 2 long days here. Booked on an all inclusive basis and have spent 1500 on food as the food is unbearable and raw. Rooms are filthy, place makes beruit look like a 5star place. I pray people dont waste there money on this dump. Currently have a complaint going on with on the beach while my partner is in bed with food poisioning no fridge in the room no air con no iron no hairdryer. Place is the pits!! F*@&#&#&#&# rotten

Wouldn’t return
Save your money and avoid! First of all there is no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel so it’s stuffy and don’t even open a window for air unless you wants fleas, mosquitoes and cockroaches in your room at night as your trying to sleep in the heat. The food isn’t the best so if your fussy then your getting deliveries from McDonald’s. Don’t expect to get served quick at the only bar during the day unless you shout for your order or tip as you go then your going instead of the end of your stay. Animation team are mostly nice but it’s the same entertainment every night. Staff always look miserable. You can’t get any soft drink or alcohol until 11am but they do have water fountains and a shop that you can buy from. It’s quite far out from anywhere. There is a lot of steps and steep hills in the resort and unless your in the main block staying there no lifts are available. Our room didn’t have a working tv and you only get WiFi at the main pool bar or reception. No fridge in room, can’t hire a kettle either and no hair dryer unless you hire them. Towels had weird stains on them and there’s always a sewage smell. Does have a private beach area but there’s no bar or anything on it so take a drink at all times for hydration. Our cleaning lady was so lovely though she definitely was the only one who truly deserved a tip except for one of the waiters who was always happy to see everyone. Might be a low cost hotel etc but really do have low expectations going here.

Never have I had a holiday where the best part about it has been the flight home! This place is an absolute cesspit.
