Room was clean and adequate but old fashioned with separate toilet and mixer tap shower. We were half board glad as food not great breakfast no muesli or granola or soya milk. Bought our own. kettle for tea and got milk at small supermarket but no soya milk. Found lunch food same as evening so we ate out alot at restaurants close by. Loved location of hotel not far from marina. Last few days of holiday we both came down with sickness and diarrhea even thou we only had mineral water shame as spoilt holiday.
I arrived to celebrate a friends birthday and i absolutely loved the hotel . It has a very beautiful a la carte restaurant fanrastic staff and great service . The hotel room was spacious and spotless and i could have stayed longer .
Absolutely loved the hotel and staff. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Just sad that I didn’t win the darts while we were there 😭 Would highly recommend the yoga 🧘🏾♀️
we are currently here at agadir beach club ,into our 2nd day and all I can say is ignore the bad reviews we were greeted on arrival very welcoming so polite ,checked in then our bags taken to our room ,there is a tourist tax to pay which is 22 dirhams per person per day, around £1.75 per day each room is lovely and clean ,we paid for a pool view and we are in room 3329 at the quieter side of the hotel. we are all inclusive, the food has been very good, plenty of choice but the service has been excellent ,everything is waiter service and theres no shortage of servers. there is entertainment every evening ,the location is excellent beach 2 mins walk sunbeds free to our hotel guests if you're looking at this hotel BOOK IT
The hotel itself is really lovely. We had an apartment for the family which was beautifully decorated and plenty of inside space as well as balcony space. Lots of wardrobe room and cupboard room also which was great for us. The food is really nice, it’s only a small selection offered at limited times of the day but it’s all fresh and the staff really do go above and beyond for you. They are so friendly and happy to help with anything. The pool is really big and clean too.
The only reason I haven’t rated it 5 star is because the pool bathrooms are not cleaned throughout the day so the floor gets mucky very quickly, the lift has been hit and miss as to when it works which is awkward as we have toddlers and a pram, there are no baby changing facilities in the toilets (fortunately ours are old enough to stand on the toilet to be changed) and lastly the on-site shop is extortionate. I paid £10 for some conditioner and the lady who works in there is quite rude. She claims the card machine doesn’t work for smaller payments but I’m sure it’s just so she doesn’t have to pay the transaction fee/tax so if you can make sure you take plenty of toiletries or buy in the town centre and take cash for smaller things like chocolate or ice cream if you want to buy in resort.
Other than those few issues the hotel is great and we would come again.
