Driving to this resort I was abit worried. The area looked a little rough let’s say, but when we turned into it, it was a real oasis. The place is beautiful. Very clean and organised. Lots or curiosities to look at. The room was lovely, had everything you need. For what we paid it was excellent value. There are different areas so if you want a more quiet relaxation by the pool there is one. There’s the main pool with music and 3 others. There’s a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and snacks and a seperate restaurant for dinner. Pool bar, main bar. A restaurant that does more fancy food, menu only and you have to book. It’s still included in the all inclusive. The food was good, a nice selection, cooked fresh and continually topped up. The real gem of this resort has to be the army of staff. They are fantastic. The keep it so well, maintenance, gardens, guests, bar everything. Everyone is so lovely, approachable, friendly and nothing is to much trouble. We were very well looked after. It’s a real hidden gem that you don’t expect when you’re travelling to it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone
Having read mostly good but a few bad reviews, we weren't sure what to expect - but honestly absolutely loved this hotel and had the best week holiday here. The first thing I want to mention is the staff - they truly go above and beyond to make your holiday exceptional. In the restaurants Larbi, Amine and Mohammed were excellent hosts - always made sure we had British water (beer!) and a red wine for dinner. All of the servers in the pool bar were fantastic! The chefs working hard in the restaurants were excellent, and the man who made me an omelette every day was so polite and nice. Thank you to each and every member of staff who made or holiday so special! Fantastic location for exploring Marrakech. We didn't use the free shuttle as we did trips that took us into the city. The pool areas are some of the best I've ever used on holiday - a truly relaxing environment and the pools are stunning. Everything is kept very clean. The cabana beds are understandably taken early. Sunbeds do get reserved early but we managed to find a spot every day (we tended to be at the pool for 9am). The bars are brilliant - fantastic drinks, fast service. I thought with only 2 bars there would be bad but the staff worked so hard they kept queues moving fast. The food was delicious, plenty of choice available. Rather than a standard hotel buffet, I could tell I was in Morocco with the gorgeous dishes provided. The only slightly negative comment I have is that the food often cooled down very quickly once on my plate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a good quality fridge in the room. No drinks in the room but you can get 1.5L bottles of water in Zanzibar to take to the room. The power in the waterfall shower was a bit low. Also the towels in the bathroom were quite small and very thin - perhaps time for some new ones! We didn't do many of the activities but the white night party was fun, and we did Aqua gym one day which was a fabulous workout! Overall we had a truly fabulous experience and holiday and hope to come back some day. I believe next year this hotel will no longer be a Tui Blue - which I can't see why, it's an exceptional hotel. There are a couple of areas that I have mentioned that could be improved on - but none of those things stopped us from having the very best time! Thank you so so much!
This is our second stay here and we were so excited to be coming back but rather disappointed! We asked to move rooms due to noise and there was absolutely no problem with that. However we trundled back and forth all day as the key wouldn't work. Eventually at 5pm we managed to be able to let ourselves on. From our previous experience it isn't what it used to be. The food is nowhere near as good. Evening is ok but breakfast is boring beyond anything I know. I was so looking forward to a jug of coffee always laid out in the restaurant with hot milk but most of it is machine now. The lunchtime salad used to be amazing all shredded. Just not what it used to be. So we booked a spa treatment. Big mistake! Very expensive offered us the book so tried to get a package which was at the end of the book. Nope , they don't do packages anymore....take them out the book then! Did book hamnam and then 50 min relaxing massage. Don't do it! The hammam was the most uncomfortable experience I've had. She scrubbed so hard that I thought my skin was coming off. I asked her to be softer didnt understand. Sprayed with cold water and then left to RELAX 10 mins (to pass the time) before the massage. Taken to lay on the bed, then lady disappeared to bring in a chair. I ask you a chair to do a massage that was booked why were they not ready. The massage was not relaxing after winging when my arm was bent back she tried to do the same to the other side. Then left with cotton pads on eyes door left wide open for 5 mins. To then tell me you ok all done. £168 for 2 really wasn't worth it.
Fantastic, that is all I need to say. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Amazing food beautiful hotel and gardens like an oasis in the desert Only a 20 minute walk into the centre Felt safe travelled with my daughter Hotel quiet away from the craziness and chaos of the city
