Younger guests are sure to enjoy the kids' club. All the roomes come with an en suite bathroom with a relaxing tub, hairdryer, a complimentary assortment of amenities, a minibar, TV, individually regulated air conditioning, an in-room safe, telephone and a terrace or balcony overlooking the swimming pool or gardens. Great short trip, first time in morocco

Stayed here for 3 nights and returned early this morning 18th. First impressions are very nice lobby we arrived at 10:30am but the rooms aren’t available until 14:30pm check in was quick and easy usual passport and brief for us and done, so we got our swim wear out changed in the toilet and straight out. The pool area is great, a mild salt water pool which is the only one but big enough with partitions from a big deep one and 2 shallower ones. Plenty of sunbeds and happy that not many were reserved through our trip there really isn’t any need. This did get worse through the day as people left in the hottest part of the day due to the glorious weather!!!!!! But still plenty left. The entertainment team are great friendly and not pushy for you to participate but it does get quite loud while it’s going on around the pool. At 14:30 we were given room 906 on the ground floor. This was close to the pool and pool bar. The porter wasn’t on hand to show us to our room but that wasn’t an issue at all for us. The rooms are big and spacious, the furniture was dated and rough around the edges. The safe is free and bathroom very big again. The bathroom probably being the worst of the rooms due to the shower leaking onto the wall creating mould spots. The toilet does need updating probably the case with the whole block. Plenty of pressure and heat though in the shower. The balcony was unusable due to the amount of ants that seemed to find something nice out there, not many in the room though despite there being thousands out there. The rooms were made up daily and we requested a larger duvet due a single supplied for a double bed. I’m guessing this is due to them pushing the 2 singles together to make up our bed. The pool area can be quite grubby in the morning with litter left by guests. While the hotel will tidy up it’s our fellow guests to take pride and respect the space!!!!! The food was ok for me plenty of variety some repeated meals but I didn’t go hungry. My wife struggled at times but again we didn’t starve. The beer was bottled San Miguel and I would advise you take more water than is needed due to the small bottles supplied. We didn’t have any cocktails but there was a selection. The spirits again we only had vodka but that was very good. The gardens and general area are well with grounds people working all day. The placement of the sprinklers can make it an adventure sometimes to reach your destination tough. The bugs love your drinks and you won’t get away from them however skilful you are. They don’t sting the flying ones but are particularly annoying. (Nothing hotel can do about those) 😬. We didn’t do any trips but a pre booked taxi will cost you about £18 or 200 Durham I think it’s one way into Marrakesh. The on site shop can be hit and miss. Nothings priced and I asked 2 days in a row for the same thing and was given 2 different prices. We didn’t buy anything but a magnet from here. Aircon in the room was great and a godsend when relief from the heat was needed. Other parts of the hotel stay quite stuffy through the day. Entertainment was good there was only 1 bar open on an evening and it closes at 11pm they do get through people quick though. I would return to this hotel as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. A cheap getaway not a long flight in comparison to flights I’ve done.

Honest advice

It really is a mixed review if your looking for a budget cheap and cheerful bit of sun it's not a bad hotel for the price tag but that's really as far as it goes....on arrival they couldn't find our reservation so we had to pay a refundable deposit or sleep on sofas in reception until next day we arrived at 10pm no food on arrival....if your in a ground floor room bring ant repellant there is literally millions all over the hotel grounds.....food mediocare obviously reflected in the price it's not the worst I've had but its also not great...sunbeds filthy not cleaned at all grounds again dirty they don't really go round cleaning up after guests have finished for the day you'll often be greated by full bins covered in ants or cups and rubbish left out from the previous days guests round the sunbeds on the breakfast run rooms basic toilet didn't flush shower well it sprayed out of every part of the hose bath enamel chipping away....grounds run down but not a death trap food you won't die of starvation but you may loose a few pounds it will sustain you throughout the holiday ..cocktails passable choice of 4 only 3 are drinkable... Staff amazing really friendly will sort any problems out the second you mention it Price tag bargain cheap and cheerful in the sun...

Over all if your looking for a budget no frills break fir a few days just for abit of sun and a pool with no sunbed wars and find a really cheap deal book it with low expectations if you can stretch your budget find another hotel.....we did 4 nights couldn't do a week here and we come tomorrow marrakech regularly and have stayed in lots of hotels this isn't the worst for food but it's the worst for ants rubbish and general up keep would we return no my advice ditch the all-inclusive in marrakech none of them are great either book a villa or a hotel that does breakfast closer to town and eat local you'll save loads only thing you won't have is alcohol on tap

Recent holiday July 8th to 14th 2026

My daughter and myself went for 5 nights for her birthday. The hotel could do with some serious updating. Very disappointing that for an all inclusive that after 23.00 you was unable to get any drink including water or soft drinks without having to pay for it. pool snack bar only open twice a day and that is the same time as the restaurant. You couldn’t get an ice cream out of the restaurant hours unless you paid for one at the shop. The food was very bland and much the same everyday and only ever one choice of ice cream. Inundated with ants but this could be reduced if cleaned down daily. Cleanliness of the room was not the best but manageable for 5 days. The one thing about this hotel is the entertainment staff were fantastic both day and night they quite clearly love their jobs and they work very hard to ensure all guests are happy and entertained

This place is loud!

This place is loud! You have 3 hours a day where you can chill by the pool (between 12 and 3) for the rest of it the animation team are blasting mainly Arabic House / Garage music at you. Want to listen to your own music, have a snooze, read your book? Forget it! T he volume is relentless. You cannot escape it, even in your room if you decide you want an afternoon nap! The food is ok, the staff are friendly, but do not expect peace and quiet, do not come here to chill!
