This Hotel was just spot on friendly helpful staff both on reception and in restaurant the location is perfect you can walk into the main square in about 30 mins plenty of restaurants shops close by. In my opinion the Hotel rooms were fine cleaned every day and fresh towels its a typical morrocan style Hotel if you want sparking modern go to a more expensive Hotel .The Restaurant was lovely food both off the half board menu and the main menu is very good. Breakfast has everything you require salads eggs breads croissant and cereal we always enjoyed our breakfast don't know why people would complain .Would we stay here again Definitely without hesitation Loved it❤️

Fantastic
What a Lovely Hotel...I dont eave many reviews these days but this Hotel is Sooo Lovely...Firstly its strictly Morrocan its not a big chain...The People are Lovely here and the Restaurant attracts people from all over the District its that Nice...Breakfast is Typical Morrocan plenty of meats, eggs, spices, vegetables, cous cous...There is Cereal ,bacon sausages and plenty of buns, croissants and different jams..I Love it here and i wont hesitate to come back to this Gem of a Hotel...Its a short taxi ride away from the Square but you can walk it in 30 minutes..The Staff helped us many a time with Taxis and Directions...Going to buy I Love Morrocco t shirt...

Lovely hotel.
The Reception Staff were so helpful couldn't fault them and the lady who cleaned our room did a great job. Great hotel, slept well Room had everything that was needed. There was just one thing which was very off putting, a lady who I'm assuming worked there, sat near the lifts in the Reception area and would repeatedly stare at us this was most evenings. Would return.

Very pleasant stay
We've just back from a 4 night stay at this hotel. We were more than happy with our room , we were comfortable and slept well and the room met our needs . Breakfast was lovely and the Breakfast room was really nice, there was plenty of choice and we enjoyed it. We spent time around the pool enjoyed a few cocktails which were lovely too . We used the restaurant most evenings either to eat or just a drink after a day out . It was lovely sitting out by the pool and the food we did have was lovely and presented very well especially the cake . The staff in this hotel were amazing always very welcoming and very helpful.
We personally found this hotel in all aspects fantastic and were very happy with our stay , wouldn't hesitate to return here . Thankyou so much 💓

Lovely hotel and very helpful and polite staff. Loads of choice for breakfast and evening restaurant meals were superb. Pool is small but clean, rooms were lovely, bed comfortable can’t fault my stay here at all. I’ve recommended this hotel to other friends who are planning to visit Marrakesh.
