Gladly Return
Landed back home last night and.....cant really fault the place. Read a few reviews that were off putting after we booked but would gladly return. Some reviews were very helpful though.
So here is a few pros and cons from someone whose not a Karen.
Straight in:
I went to the toilet more than normal from all the different foods i tried but didn't feel ill from it.
Sometimes the trays of food were empty, but i just went and tried something else and came back to it.
Bring a cup from home with a lid, id probably say no straw is better also for fly's coming over to open cups. Do that and they wont bother.
Snack bar has lots of fly's but tip and they will remember you, serve you before others and bring it over to you if needed, that's what the wife and grandparents said anyways.
Main pool, music is bouncing, in a good way for most of the day, someone earlier in week complained on here about it, id just suggest sitting further away or even going to the other pool round snack area.
Main pool has a step going into it all the way round, some might call it a leap of faith, but its very helpful if have smaller kids to stand on while you are in the main part.
No big deep ends either, came up to me neck/chin, I'm 5'8 half, all count.
Toddler pool is tucked out the way from the rest of it.
Yes, some DIY is needed on some parts of the main and Toddler pool, but its fine, unless Karen.
Entertainment team are mint. Bar some guy with glasses in the main bar on night who everyone seems to think is a right t..., just from word of mouth, the staff are spot on.
Tip and you will be best friends.
Make sure to book early if want cases picking up to take to reception for airport, i thought we did but ended up having to pull them half way before help arrived. Got over it once the sweat stopped dripping off me, only negative, stepped into Karen zone, but only for a moment.
That's a lie, air con in rooms are great, but be prepared to step into a furnace outside on the night time though.
Almost forgot.
The white and yellow slides are rapid. If over 30 and struggle standing up, be warned.
As said already, would gladly visit again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Holiday at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina
We have had a wonderful family holiday at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff work incredibly hard to make sure guests have a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, tidy and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and we always returned to a fresh and comfortable room. A special mention must go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing from morning until night. Their energy, enthusiasm and friendliness really made our holiday memorable. Huge thank you to: Soufian, Sara, Zahra, Speed, Spoofy, Youssef and Loco They kept everyone entertained throughout the day and always had a smile on their faces. Their dedication and passion for their work is incredible. Our daughter especially loved the Mini Disco, which was one of the highlights of her holiday. Every evening she couldn't wait to join in, dance and have fun with the entertainment team. They were fantastic with the children and made every child feel included. The food was varied, the pools were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for families. Thank you to everyone at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina for helping us create wonderful family memories. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Marrakech. Highly recommended! 🇲🇦☀️🏊♂️🎉👨👩👧

Wasps ,wasps and more wasps.
So as a few people have already said it's hard to give this average as the staff are lovely and work so,so hard. We are here currently and are a bit disappointed if honest. Rooms are clean and spacious ,gardens are lovely and dining area is ok. The pool area is really run down, pool and slides need replacing,loads of broken loungers and the cabannas and umbrellas are all a bit grubby. Dining hall is absolutely bonkers like a freeforall and the staff are all overwhelmed feel really sorry for them as they are clearly short on numbers and under pressure However the worst thing by far is the wasps. I have seen a few people refer to them as honey bees.They aren't ,they're wasps and they are absolutely everywhere. After 11am the pool bar is inundated and they are crawling all over the drinks behind the bar and flying everywhere. It's really ,really unpleasant,our daughter won't go anywhere near as she's terrified so as a result we aren't really drinking through the day . They need to fumigate the areas properly. We managed to get a deal on this holiday where we booked it as part of a special flash sale for 1700 for all of us . However they now want around 1350 each for a week,I would be gutted if I paid that. Think carefully before you come if you are paying full price
