Surrounded by beautiful Andalusian-style landscaped gardens, this hotel enjoys magnificent views to the Atlas mountain range. Downtown Marrakesh can be reached within a 20 minutes' drive. Menara - Marrakech Airport is only 5 km away. A perfect place for couples and families with children. It perfectly combines wonderful Moorish architecture based on palaces of the tenth century with twenty-first century amenities. Features include an adjacent fantastic water park, as well as a relaxing spa area. Some restaurant and all Spa services are with supplement. The suites feature modern decor and include appliances and a bathroom inside.

I never expected the 5* experience but i did expected more.
The food leaves a lot to be desired, no variation, often cold, slow to replenish. Melamine plates aren’t cleared and as a result birds are flying in and out of the restaurant. We found it less stressful to eat outside, felt less crowded. There was no table service (again expected in a 5*) - although this did improve in the last few days as the hotel got quieter. Even little things like cutlery varied from table to table and plastic spoons only at breakfast.
Drinks were syrup based with local brand spirits, very limited menu. Would have been nice to have some changes in the evening to the menu. Everyone loves an expresso martini. No drinks service round the pool however pool bar staff were great.
The water park, a great addition as main pool did get busy at times however there are restrictions on a number of the slides and some can only be described as a death trap! You come down so fast, you take off and come back down with a bang!! There were at least two incidents where people were being let down to quick resulting in people going into each other. Splash park looking tired and the bucket stopped working but that did not stop kids enjoying it. Plastic sunbeds many of which were broken. Foam party a blast!
Hotel grounds are lovely, so well maintained and clean. Staff fantastic, the entertainment team are great. Didn’t do any of the football which was a shame as it clashed with the shows. Would be good to have this on a little earlier in the day.
Best advice, don’t avoid this hotel just go with the right expectations.

Great hotel. Fantastic facilities. I used the gym everyday and had one to one person coaching from Abdellah, great coach.

Very nice hotel, very relaxing & high standards, everything always being cleaned & well maintained. With the aquamarine combined, it helps spread everyone further, so creating more space & comfort. The staff are all excellent & look after you very well, Nothing too much trouble. A few standouts that went that extra were, James & Yassine @ The pool bar that kept you hydrated all day with a smile & chat, the 2 ladies who looked after our room 242 were brilliant & very accommodating, Ali in the Cocktail bar, what a guy! Ayoub in the restaurant was first class & excellent, always looking out for you & of course not forgetting Pedro, The One Man Show, knitting everything together & making g sure everything is good for you all & the family? Thank you guys! 👏😎🍻

⭐⭐⭐½ | Great pools & wonderful staff — solid family hotel falling short of true 5‑star
🏊 Swimming‑pools area — Absolute highlight! Spotlessly clean, plenty of room, NO sun‑bed wars at all — nobody hoarding towels, such a relief. Lifeguards are constantly on duty, alert and watching carefully — gave us total peace of mind with kids.
✨ Mini‑club & Entertainment Team — honestly AMAZING effort every single day/evening; full credit to them — they run mini‑disco, activities and main entertainment sessions, friendly, energetic and brilliant with children. That said: for a 5‑star hotel we expected more variety — having every show/activity run by the same team feels repetitive; proper guest performers or different acts would raise it properly. Also annoying: no bar near entertainment — kept walking/climbing stairs up and down just to fetch drinks, carrying them back down safely is awkward especially with little ones.
🏨 Rooms — Very spacious, kept immaculately clean, fresh bottles of water restocked daily — excellent housekeeping. Only downside: family rooms have NO balcony — really missed having that little outside space.
🍽️ Food & Drinks — Standard was just average — decent enough but nothing memorable or special. Drinks: all pre‑bottled, no self‑serve; staff nice but slow bringing orders, queues at the bar dragged. Big one for families: ice‑cream only served certain meals / times — not freely available — so frustrating in hot weather when children keep asking.
✅ Overall — Great base, safe pools, lovely team who work incredibly hard — just little things: facilities layout, service flow & what’s included don’t quite match “5‑star” pricing yet.
