Dellarosa

Great week at this hotel. It’s far enough from the craziness of the magical medina but also close enough to get to - 20-25 min walk or £4 in a taxi - plenty of these just walk outside and one will be along. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The communal areas were well kept and welcoming. The staff cannot do enough for their guests. We stayed half board which gave us the flexibility we wanted. Food choice was good enough and no scrabbling for food as in some of the all inclusive hotels. I tried the Spa too, good value for money, 30 mins for around £30.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, set within a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Attentive service really made a difference, a special mention to Tarik and the rest of the amazing team Houssam, Chadia, and Youssef, for taking such good care of us. The location is ideal for exploring Marrakech's top sights, and relaxing at the bars here and locally was a highlight. Great value overall, we would gladly return

We stayed at the Dellarosa Hotel last September. The location is quite good, easy access to places you want to go. The breakfast buffet have varietes of option from cereals, pastries, bread and more. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, always acknowledging and greeting the hotel guests. Special mention to Youssef , who fixed the broken lock on my luggage and gave me a spare key and lock a day before our departure, what a thoughtful gesture! Tarik for being very helpful during the breakfast buffet. The spa staff specially the receptionist, i forgot her name (so sorry) who was very helpful and always with a lovely smile. To the younger guy at the reception area, who was giving us good recommendations on where to eat and visit places and to the housekeeping ladies. Last but not the least, the beautiful Mirriam who accommodated us in the restaurant few times after a late time returning from our excursions outside Marrakesh.
