Travelled for a weeks holiday with my daughter. Got an early flight and arrived at hotel 11am ish. We were ‘signed in’ and given our purple wristbands but no restaurant info or map of complex. Couldn’t check into our room until 3pm but similar to other reviews, if you were French, you could check in whenever.
We were given room 911, furthest block away, but no offer to help with bags. The room was disgusting - it was dirty (hairs and stains on bedding), tired and the shower tray had a large crack in it. Went to reception to complain and we were moved quickly to room 230. Much better but still very tired decor. Went to bed that evening and were woken by two guys who had been given keycards to our room! They were very apologetic but it shook us up a bit. Reported this to guy on reception the following morning who said ‘easy mistake to make’ with no query over our wellbeing, which kind of set the tone. French got preferential treatment without a doubt, despite the hotel claiming otherwise. Pool was nice, music was way louder than necessary, sun beds dirty although plentiful. Food was adequate, but had to search for cutlery, glasses, wine and water. I had to go to the sister hotel to change currency as the reception staff at this hotel refused three times, giving different excuses. Felt very unwelcome and would never go back again.

Steer clear of this place, probably the worst holiday experience we have had.

The service has been dreadful from the minute we arrived. If you arrive late in the evening then don’t expect any food as the restaurant is closed.

We had booked for a family of three but the room was only made up for two people so one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa with no bedding on the first night. We spoke to reception who said they would send someone down but never did.

The next day we asked to change rooms as the shower tray was full of cracks, we had a smashed patio door, with no proper patio outside as the doors led onto a dirt track, and the sink tap was nearly horizontal (room 810). We got told to return at 10am to sort, went back at 10am and then got told to return at midday. After half a day of not being able to get settled we finally managed to change rooms to block 200 which was a bit of an improvement.

Food is poor with no variety so not a lot of choice. No kids food area or chips in the evenings like most all inclusive hotels.

If you want a drink take your own, only one bar open in the evening and I could get to the local shops and back quicker before being served.

Really can’t wait to get out of the place (got another two days) and so looking forward to going into Marrakesh tomorrow for some decent grub.

This is our third time in Morocco and live the country but never again at this hotel.

Fabulous stay for October half term. The food was good, lovely pools, splash park was a bonus. Pool shoes are a must though! Staff were all great. Drinks limited. Food a great selection. Rooms are dated, however perfectly fine for sleeping and showering! Flies are a pain - no fault of the hotel! Great atmosphere. Lots of English and French people staying. Everyone was lovely. No sun bed dramas. No unruly guests as experienced in other countries. Staff cleaning all areas regularly. Kids all had loads to do! Ping pong, tennis, football. Would 100% stay again and got talking to people who have been last year too! Short transfer time. Great value for money for what we paid. My only down side would be the amount of nuts in the food. Didn't affect us but with having some very close friends with nut allergies I would be cautious. We will be back!
