arrived at hotel warm welcome, although we arrived on a sunday if you arrive monday-saturday you are greeted with tea and pastries. Check in was smooth although there is an £187 hold charge on your card which didn’t release back until nearly 2 weeks after our return. Also we were not told you could book the al a carte resturant once per stay, make sure to book it as the food was lovely just make sure you’re aware and don’t forget. Rooms were lovely, especially swim up, spacious clean, however on the downside maids service was a hit or miss had them trying to come at 4:30pm which is just too late. Swim up bar was the highlight staff was amazing and the cocktail menu was great, plenty sun beds even mid day, if you’re at the quieter pool there’s no activities which we enjoyed. Restaurant was good staff so attentive and polite good variety of food. If you fancy the snack bar be prepared to wait it took 45 minutes for one toastie to arrive however the food was amazing so worth the wait. Sports bar was so nice but so hot if they had a proper ac unit in there it would’ve been such a hit. One thing we found strange was there was a lack of draught juice machines, you would get drinks from bottles unless you were at the swim up bar. The entertainment was good! The highlight was the staff honestly so amazing and polite, always filling up your drinks when low just amazing. If you want to book day trips through the hotel they are cash only and the shop is very expensive but good for essentials. Overall we had an amazing stay just a few things to be aware of but don’t let this sway you the wrong way we had an amazing time!

The hotel and staff were amazing, food was disgusting, flys on it and cold food kept next to hot food, no variety, same food every day, we were there for 2 weeks, no lovely salads, lived on soup it was the only safe thing to eat as it was covered and hot, but the food at lunchtime at the snack bar was cooked to order and was hot, bottled water was refilled in dirty glass bottles, so 1.5 litres in the little shop was £3.50 a bottle Paid £80 deposit on arrival, never received that back been emailing them daily! I would not recommend any Belive hotels and would never book with them again Hotel and staff 5 star, food I’ve had better in a 4 star !

We love this hotel, it is our third stay and we were welcomed back with the choice of two rooms. The staff are friendly,and go out of their way to make your stay memorable . The food was even better this year , lots of choices in the main restaurant and if snacks and fries are your choice , the snack bar by the fun pool offers a wide variety from a late breakfast to tacos and burgers , from 10 until , think, 5 pm. There are two large pools , the fun pool has all the activities based around it , the other is a chilled area to just kick back and relax . We had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat . Well done to all the team, you do a great job.
