This modern hotel boasts a package of a traditional-style courtyards, wonderfully landscaped gardens and a waterpark-crowned pool scene. Its well-appointed rooms feature traditional Moroccan décor with some fresh touches like flat-screen TVs. Their only downside is that due to the amount of attractions the venue offers, guests won't spend enough time in them. They will be spoiled with choice at the exciting first-rate waterpark that is loaded with slides including a Spacebowl, Blackhole and a section just for the youngest guests chock-full of slides and fountains. Plus there are 2 extra pools and a poolside bar to provide endless stream of chilled drinks. The lights of the Red City, called so due to the blush-coloured walls that surround it, are just a 20-minute shuttle bus ride away and it is still exciting as ever and still offers a magical mix of modern and traditional.

Aqua is good
I mean not that bad the animation team was hood , the weather not that bad , we loved the pools

Wamed is an absolute credit to the hotel. Every day, he goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and make their holiday that little bit more special. He’s genuinely one of the friendliest people you could meet, and his energy and kindness make a real difference.
The entertainment team are a big part of what makes Aqua Mirage such a memorable place to stay. We can’t wait to return and see Wamed and the team again.

Loveholidays is a bad option for booking a holiday
So I have been at the hotel for the past 1:30mins already but still at the reception with a baby as unfortunately my booking was with love holidays .
Though my flight got in at 9am and I got to the hotel at 10am, staff are unable to check me in until 3pm ( their check in time).
Clients that booked through , ie: TUI have a better advantage because when the come in early, they are straight away checked in as the company has that alliance and understanding with the hotel.
But because love holidays does not, I am sitting here until 3pm since morning before they will let me in , despite I am with an infant.
I contacted love holidays through by calling someone in London to call them so I could talk to them as I called severally without any answer and I was told nothing can be done after paying 600£ plus
And per hotel regulations , I’m to pay 500 Dirams in order to enter the hotel earlier or 150 diram to enter the yard and use any of their facilities before 3pm which is understandable.
But for a mother travelling alone with an infant is nothing close to interesting
My advise is , do not go for love holidays . They don’t care and they will not do anything to ensure their customers are fine no matter the situation . They are all about money .
I am yet to experience the hotel, hence I will come back with in-depth info abt the hotel
