Our stay at Jacaranda
We had a very nice stay. The meals were excellent and the hotel was very innovative with uts entertainment (water aerobics and evening shows) The downside was the limited coverage of the Internet especially at the beachfront. In addition the persistent beach hawkers were a menace (especially when ine is having a quiet time)

The meals and room service was very good.
Good food and beautiful beach
Hotel has very good facilities. But worn out mattress, food was good they need to work on their hospitality delivery. Gave one shower gel 2 people and limited water.
Room service
Service was average. My room had plumbing issues which could not be resolved after several reminders. However the management later changed me to a different room. Meals were averagely okay.
