Bakari the concierge was humble and shared more about sarova Faith the usher when meals were served was not only energetic but a beautiful grounded person. In general the stay was awesome 👍

I had a wonderful experience and loved the customer service. Esther and Jackline at the reception were very welcoming and made us feel at home.
An Unforgettable Solo Stay at Sarova Whitesands
My solo stay at Sarova Whitesands was fantastic—the resort had great ambience and was very welcoming. I loved relaxing on the swing chairs by the ocean, unwinding at the amazing adults-only pool, and retreating to my clean, well-stocked room. What truly set this trip apart was the incredible staff, especially Chef Gilbert, who took exceptional care of my dietary needs with delicious, tailored meals every single day. I can’t recommend Sarova Whitesands enough, especially for solo travelers looking for a relaxing, top-tier beach getaway!

Fun at Fun Factory
Coming to the kids club was fun i had a great experience pkaying different games with the kids club members. Dorian, Kitoto and Kyalo were the best they made sure i had fun and was never bored.
Perfect post safari relax
Just returned from a most relaxing break at Whitesands. Situated right on the beach with wonderful views over the coral reef and towards Mombasa town, what better way to unwind than relaxing on the swing seats or sun loungers. Well laid out and maintained grounds make it easy to get around all facilities. although we didn’t venture further than the pool and spa - oh and afternoon tea. There was entertainment on every evening we were there. Something for everyone. We had a great tour of Mombasa town and spice market - all organised by the hotel and , although we didn’t try it, scuba diving opportunities are right on the doorstep. Rooms were a nice size with everything you need - and replenished when required by very attentive housekeeping. Food was excellent with such a wonderful variety and choice to suit every taste. Restaurant service was exemplary - nothing was too much trouble. I’ve saved the best til last- the staff. To single one person out would do disservice to everyone. They were all so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Always cheery and smiling and we loved the greetings of “Jambo” from everyone throughout our time there. Asante Sana white sands. We’ll be back and won’t hesitate to spread the word
