Location was very good. Easy to travel around. Atmosphere relaxing, exciting, it was nice modern was excellent pluse the room was sea view,brightness was good coz u can see the pool n sea from the lobby, such as warm well, First Impressions: was 👌 it was nice n clean and tidied. Peaceful and quiet, lively background Nice soft music plays in the hallways to set a mood. Clean room upon arrival. Plus most of the toiletry was provided every thing set well .Crisp cotton sheets, clean towels. Staff Energy: each an every staff in the hotel swas very good n very warm welcoming person service feels formal and distant or warm and welcoming.
Great and Warm
A very warm welcome with all the staff especially Salma at reception, Teckla & steve at the pool bar and frederick at the reception bar. Chef alphonse was very helpful due to my special food needs. All in all the other staff was great as well but cannot remember all names. Great job by Team BBH.
