Relaxing and enjoyable
I’ve visited this hotel numerous times due to the fact it’s quiet and not overcrowded. The beach is private and kept clean. Rooms are fabulous, with clean bedding daily and towels. Restaurants are great . The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I will be back again as it’s like my 2nd home.

Unforgettable quiet rest
A chic, measured and peaceful holiday. If you want to relax without fuss - this is the place for you. Special thanks to the Animation team, especially to Kareem, Anna and Karina! Thanks to all the hotel staff for their attention and care! Many thanks to the chefs for their delicious dishes, everything was at the highest level. I will definitely come back again

I highly recommend this hotel the staff, pool, restaurant and the beach are all excellent It's also close to the old market.

Food NOT great.
Pros
- Hotel staff are so friendly and go out their way to do anything for you.
- Beautiful, stunning beach.
- Nice spacious, air conditioned clean room.
Cons
- Food wasn’t great, not much option and very repetitive.
- 5* Hotel and the mini fridge in the room was chargeable.
- Crows and pigeons all around the pool area, washing and drinking from the pool.
- Sorry the animation team are lovely people but it’s an ADULT hotel and I thought most of it would be better aimed at children.
- Water provided in the rooms are not sealed, there glass bottles re used and filled.
We had a lovely stay and the weather was perfect, we did get dodgy stomachs and most of the people we spoke to also had the same issue. Go to the pharmacy over the road for any issues, the pharmacy at the hotel just wants you to use the doctor on site and your insurance details. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return as the food and drinks wasn’t up to our standard especially for a 5* hotel. A huge shout out to all the Staff they made our stay!!.

This hotel is very well looked after and the staff are exceptional, always looking after you and making sure you are having a great experience. There is a very good selection of food and varies place to eat and drink..
