WOW… what an absolutely incredible place! ❤️ This has honestly been the best holiday we have ever had to date! From the moment we arrived at JAZ Elite Palace, everything has been absolutely perfect. The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and has such a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere. The staff are simply amazing — so friendly, welcoming and attentive. They genuinely cater for your every need and go above and beyond to make you feel special. ❤️ One of the things that really stood out for us was the attention to detail. The chefs even bring food to your table, which makes you feel so important and looked after. 🥰 It’s those little touches that make such a huge difference. And the food… WOW! 🤤 Absolutely out of this world! So much choice, beautifully prepared and delicious. Every meal felt like something special. 🍽️ Even returning to our room was a treat, with beautiful decorations on the bed and thoughtful little touches waiting for us. It really feels like they have thought of everything. There are lots of activities going on, so there is always something to enjoy, whether you want to relax or get involved. There’s a lovely mix of age groups here, creating such a fantastic atmosphere. We honestly cannot fault this hotel. The service, cleanliness, food, facilities and, most importantly, the incredible staff have made this holiday unforgettable. My wife and I had a wonderful 6-night stay. We were extremely satisfied with all the services. The beach area is beautiful, the sea is clean, and the sandy beach is fantastic. We also had a great time at the pool. The food was delicious, with lots of options. We will definitely be back. The entire animation team was fantastic, especially Ksenia, Anna, and Olya. A special thank you to Mohammed Riyad for cleaning our room; it was impeccably cleaned. We also extend our gratitude to all the staff for their attentiveness.
