Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort

Myself and my girlfriend just stayed at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort for 2 weeks. We had an absolutely amazing time!

We stayed in a Deluxe Swim up Suite and it was perfect! It had all the amenities we needed and the cleaner provided everything we needed daily and was very friendly.

Everyday we were greeted by the lovely Yousef from the Waterfall Mongolia bar who took our drink order and remembered them since day one. He even created me my own cocktail. He was always very friendly and polite and always delivered great service! Couldn’t ask for more from a bar tender!

Then Hassan from the adult only pool always came and changed our towels daily. He was such a delight to have around and would always check in on us regularly. He gave us a lilo and always had a smile on his face. He was exceptionally hard working and would go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

We also visited the Basilico à la carte restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner on several occasions and the staff there were also very welcoming and catered for everything we needed. The views from there in the evening were also very pretty.

The only 2 downsides we had were the main buffet restaurant for dinner was a bit repetitive and didn’t suit our palate but that’s more down to a personal preference rather than a flaw. The second was that the evening entertainment was limited and if it weren’t for the world cup I feel we would’ve felt slightly clueless as to what to do however I was very shocked that every game was played and very thankful that it was! Nonetheless the hotel was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be returning.

Every single member of staff would say hello or ask how we were. They always were polite and friendly. The views from the entire hotel (including snorkelling at the jetty which was brilliant and I throughly recommend it) were so pretty. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

My stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless and tidy, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and all the staff were incredibly professional and helpful.

I would like to especially thank Mr. Ahmed Hamed (Abu Omar) at the night reception for his exceptional service and dedication to ensuring a relaxing stay.

I also want to thank the amazing animation team: Maryam, Marwan, Alexis, Sam, Haifa, Masha, and Vlada. They were a source of joy and happiness, and their interaction and collaboration contributed to a truly enjoyable stay.

My wife and I made a conscious decision to return this incredible hotel because of the fantastic treatment of its guests … all of the staff and in particular hotel manager Mohamed Younis. We were made to feel so very special and all the staff were so very attentive … we cannot thank them enough . The food was amazing … well done to the chefs .. and the location absolutely superb. The spa facilities were brilliant … if you get the chance book a massage with Mohammed then please do so . Thanks to Hebr in the beauty salon who advised very clearly on two fabulous treatments .. one delivered by mustafa (professional and attentive) From the domestic and bar staff to management and everyone in between … you are brilliant.
