Mohamed was very good we were in room 120 and he was exceptional in the cleaning and making the towel figures.

An Amazing Stay at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay – We’ll Be Back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We’ve just returned from a fantastic two-week stay at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. This was our second visit, and once again, the hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special.
The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of choice, and the waiters were always attentive, friendly and happy to help.
A special mention must go to Ahmed and Amal, our amazing cleaners, who kept our room spotless and surprised us every day with beautiful decorative towel art. These little touches really made our stay extra special.
We also loved that there were always sunbeds ready for us, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our holiday without any stress. The reception team were equally fantastic, always welcoming, helpful and making sure everything was taken care of.
What really makes this hotel stand out is its wonderful staff, who make you feel valued and genuinely cared for throughout your stay.
Thank you to everyone at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay for another unforgettable two weeks. We’ve now visited twice, and the experience has been just as amazing both times.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic hotel, warm, friendly staff (Mohamed the housekeeper is absolutely fantastic, 10/10 service from him every day, always goes the extra mile and the towel origami is amazing) shuttle service to private beach is ideal. Would 100% recommend staying here 🙌🏻 room 232
