Solo first time in Egypt
Lovely secluded spot in lovely surroundings Atmoshere is most welcoming one , staff are very friendly polite and extremely helpful Rooms are bit dated , but always kept clean daily The pool is big with plenty of sunloungers Daily activities Sina is the heart of animation team , she sells it Arranges nights out etc , and the others in animation are lovely Definitely value for money The food was excellent serving hot& cold Snack bar is great if you don’t wanna walk to the buffet The only thing they don’t have is ICE CREAM The bar upstairs is well stocked but would be great if TV screen was fitted Reception staff outstanding Would I return, yes definitly Thank you all for making my stay enjoyable Sonia room 110

Very good hotel, lovely food everyday. Housekeeping did a great job and kept us entertained the whole week. Moustafa was very good and did towel decorations everyday for us, nothing was too much trouble.

Jaz Neo Sharks Bay is Amazing
Jaz Neo Sharks Bay is wonderful, hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Moustafa our housekeeper was brilliant, made our day by making towel decorations as animals. Helped me when I was ill yesterday, checking on me snd bringing extra water. Would highly recommend coming here. We stayed in 215
