- Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Located on the southernmost tip of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt in Ras Nasrani. The resort fronts onto the Red Sea and has spectacular views to Tiran Island and the Gulf of Aqaba.Enjoy a seaside resort experience unparalleled in the Middle East. Superb dining spa fitness diving and sports and luxurious guest rooms clustered like a hillside village above the shimmering drama of the Red Sea. The resort is clustered as a hillside village with a funicular that makes the walk down or up from the beach a breeze.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The location is excellent for sea lovers and activity just near to Sharm el sheikh international AirPort. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the Red Sea, immaculate gardens, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax The service was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and hospitality exceeded our expectations The room was spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The restaurants offered excellent food with a wide variety of choices, and the quality of every meal was outstanding The beach and snorkeling were among the highlights of our visit. The house reef is spectacular, with crystal-clear water and abundant marine life, making it one of the best snorkeling experiences in Sharm El Sheikh. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons team for creating such a wonderful experience

Beautiful property lush and green very well kept , it is large but offer a funicular up and down and also lots of buggies are available but it is walkable if you like walking also. There is 2 sides the original side and a more modern newer addition both are great. Very kid friendly hotel every restaurant has a kids menu and the kids club was one of best we have ever experienced very hands on with lots of planned activities.
The only downside was lunch restaurants not alot of options but they allow you to order from the room service menu to the pool and beach which was great .
We would like to say a very special thank you to a few staff members that went above and beyond for us daily in our 10 day stay.
The whole kids club staff Shosho , Sherry , Dalia , Shaima and Madonna amazing girls with kind hearts.
The pool staff especially Mostafa and also Mohamad at the beach everyday , the funicular captain Sherif was amazing and special thanks to restaurant director Rageb hamouda always ontop of service and quality.
My experience with Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh as a corporate client was deeply disappointing and has significantly affected my trust in the property's commercial and financial management.
To be fair, the operational teams on-site were professional, supportive, and committed throughout our conference. The event operations staff worked hard to accommodate our requirements, and the service delivered during the event itself met the standards expected from a luxury hospitality brand.
Unfortunately, my experience with the Sales and Finance departments was the exact opposite.
Over an extended period, I faced repeated difficulties obtaining a clear, accurate, and final invoice reflecting only the services and items actually received and utilized. Multiple charges were disputed, and several invoices included items that did not belong to our account. Rather than receiving transparent clarification and prompt resolution, many of our concerns were ignored, delayed, or dismissed.
What was most concerning was the apparent unwillingness to adhere to the contractual terms as agreed. Instead of applying the contract consistently, there appeared to be selective interpretation of clauses whenever financial disputes arose. As a corporate client managing a major event, I expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Instead, I found myself repeatedly defending legitimate concerns and requesting basic documentation that should have been readily available.
The overall impression left by the Sales and Finance teams was one of inconsistency, poor communication, and a lack of respect for contractual obligations. At times, raising valid concerns seemed to result in being treated as a problem rather than as a valued client seeking clarification.
For individual leisure travelers, the resort may provide an excellent experience. However, based on my experience as a corporate customer, I cannot recommend Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh for conferences, corporate events, or large-scale business engagements where accurate billing, contractual compliance, and financial transparency are essential.
Luxury hospitality is not only measured by beautiful facilities and excellent service on the ground; it is also measured by integrity, transparency, and professionalism when handling clients' contracts and financial matters. Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell far below expectations.
