Had a great holiday, views amazing, rooms clean, excursions reasonably priced, would recommend trip to the desert to do quads, camel, meal and star gazing, we booked through Adam at £40 pp, buffet meals was a hit or miss however we always found something, and Wael always looked after us, just had to say the word tea or beer and one appeared, get him to serve u and you'll be fine for the rest of Ur stay, 11 nights come to an end today and honestly could do longer, cocktails at the beach bar we fab, small tip goes a long way..
The biggest impression is the service and attitude towards guests
We stayed at the Concorde El Salam Hotel and were absolutely delighted! I'll start with the main thing: the sea here is simply incredible: clean, clear, with a beautiful coral reef. It's a true paradise for snorkelers.
The hotel is very cozy, green, and clean. But the most impressive thing is the service and the attitude towards guests.
I'd like to express special thanks to the staff at the Piano Bar – Mahmoud and Hassan. Their cocktails are always delicious and beautifully presented. But most importantly, they are warm, friendly, and polite. They are attentive to every guest, always smiling, helpful, and make the evening enjoyable. This is an attitude that is unique to everyone.
A huge thank you to the hotel team and especially to Mahmoud and Hassan for their warmth and care! We will definitely be back!

Awesome and didn't want to leave
Location was awesome, a dive spot right from the jetty. Hotel was glorious, clean and the staff so polite and helpful. Room was spotless. We booked last September for August 26 for two weeks so got great value. Book early. We booked some trips through the diving school ‘marine’ which is based by the beach in the hotel. Ali was awesome. Special shout out to Anwar who was out diving instructor on the boat trip to Ras Mohammed, but also took me out for a 30 minute dive off the jetty. As he had dived with me before and i had done the padi discovery i was fairly competent. Anwar trusted me and we had an awesome dive down to 17 metres. Anwar is a lovely guy, very genuine and always smiling. He made an already awesome holiday even more memorable.

A Dream Vacation in Egypt – A True 5-Star VIP Experience!
We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Egypt, and our stay at the Concorde Hotel completely lived up to our expectations. The resort provides excellent service, pristine cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing family getaway. The absolute highlight of our trip was the private cruise we booked on the Queen VIP boat. The conditions on board were exceptional, offering us total comfort and an unforgettable day out at sea. My daughters had an amazing time and felt completely safe, all thanks to our diving instructor, Anwar. I want to give him a special thank you for his outstanding patience, dedication, and top-tier professionalism. Thanks to him, the girls explored the beauty of the underwater world with big smiles on their faces, making memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend both the hotel and this private cruise!
