very beautiful! amazing staff all so lovely and caring, food is great too! hotel is so clean all the time and regularly see staff cleaning. the trips around are all fantastic and you get good value for money. overall love it so much! mustafa is very kind :)
Reception
Had a good time here but completely ruined by loosing one of the towel cards. They literally restricted me from leaving the hotel until I found it even though I was leaving for the airport . Disgraceful reception staff

My partner booked this hotel for my 40 th birthday . Where to start we got there late and was welcomed by reception and a cart to take us and our suit cases to our room . They then brought us a bite to eat to our room . Personally this hotel don’t get enough credit . They work non stop day and night . Around the pool all day bringing drinks to u the bar men r Absolutely fab , look after u from morning till late afternoon keeping us with cocktails , water , coffee etc . The pool area /hotel is kept beautiful and clean . The restaurant plenty of food to choose from , fish night , chicken curry , lamb curry , steak , chicken thighs , pizza , veg , mash , salad there is plenty there . Omelette in the morning r lovely and fresh . Entertainment in day was good pink party , and foam party at the beach was fab . Also one night they had beach party .The views were stunning and beach right on front of hotel . Five mins walk to Soho square . Only down fall I wud say is they need more toilets around the hotel /pool area . And entertainment cud b better at night . Lovely view from room 6216 All in all we had a lovely stay .

First visit to Egypt and Concorde Salam was perfect for us. Plenty of food and drink options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Hotel is in need of some updating, but we knew this so adjusted our expectations. However, they have started to renovate rooms. All staff go out of their way to serve and help you. Attia, who serviced our room was exceptional. The large bed was comfortable and lovely white cotton sheets. Huge soft white towels in the bathroom. I don’t usually venture into the sea, but I spent a lot of time swimming around the reef, it’s fascinating. We didn’t bother with the entertainment but, spent the evening in the Vendrome Bar, enjoying the view, playing cards and chatting with the fabulous bar staff. For an interesting evening, five minutes to the left of the main entrance, takes you to Soho Square. Five minutes to the right to Tal Avenue (Sunday and Thursday nights for here). This may have been our first visit here, but it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you Concorde Photo is view from our room 6229.
