Best experience ever
We booked our holiday through TUI, we booked a deluxe room with jacuzzi. we arrived at hotel at 2.30 am and were taken to our rooms within 5 minutes , only to find out we did not have a jacuzzi in our room , we were happy to go to bed for a few hours an sort it the next morning, We were met at reception by the hotel manager who informed us the rooms we had booked no longer existed and the hotel had been taken over the previous year, we had booked our holiday 18 months ago so before hotel was taken over and TUI had not contacted us to tell us , the information they sent the hotel was for 2 double rooms with sea view my original paper work that i had was for a deluxe jacuzzi room with sea view............The hotel manager apologised for the issue , we then found out we were not the only people TUI had done this to. So putting all that aside the room we had was on the top floor with a view of the sea the pool and the Jetty, THE ROOM our room was large and well set out , had a full size iron and ironing board, the bathroom had a lovely big walk in shower , there was a good hair dryer as well as a box with tooth brushes and toothpaste, cotton wool , cotton buds , razer , shower cap , there was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel supplied and filled daily. our balcony was large and had a table with 2 chairs, when we arrived there was a big basket of fruit as well as a bowl of nuts a bowl of dates and apricots and a bowl of biscuits this was refreshed 3 times over our 2 week stay, the mini fridge was re stocked daily, the room was cleaned daily, THE RESTAURANTS the main restaurant had a wide variety of foods and was changed daily, we never had to wait for a table and it was kept immaculate. there was a few al a cart restaurants we tried Mai Thai, Manzoku , Yades and Basilico this Italian was our favourite , the manager was lovely and nothing was to much trouble for him. there were all included in the all inclusive. THE POOLS there is 3 pools the adults only , the kids pool and Splash pool, we spent all our time at the splash pool as there was entertainment on every day, the pool staff were amazing there was nothing they would not do and SAID was so helpful and made sure you were always covered with a brolly, he would help withy anything you needed around the pool. all the pools were immaculate day and night. Our only issue was the people who paid for snorkel lessons were shown in the splash pool which was a night mare when there was entertainment on in the pool. ENTERTAINMENT there is something for everyone the splash pool had daily entertainment and Spicy one of the entertainment staff was amazing he was like the duracell bunny he never stopped from morning to night and always had a smile on his face keeping everyone on there toes making sure there having the best time. On a Saturday night there is a pool party and a show it is well worth going to. On a Sunday you are taken to White Hills hotel for a street party you also get brought back , its amazing there is a fire show then a singing show , while charactors walk around the main street in the hotel , there is also street food with lots of different food to try as well as pubs where you can get drinks, again all this is free and included in your all inclusive holiday. There is a sunset party on the roof in the posh club which is nice , the ivory bar is nice to go of a night an relax as it cools down , this also has entertainment on most nights, if your looking for somewhere cooler then the sports bar is the place to be with its fantastic air con and cocktails. We found a bar above the Mai Thia restaurant up by the adults only pool , it has all imported spirits in and is a nice cool relaxing area if you just want some chill out time , the man who runs the bar is so lovely makes you feel so welcome , sorry cannot remember his name. In the 2 weeks we were at the hotel we only left the complex once as we found plenty thing to entertain us within the complex. We would like to say a huge thank you to Natalia who is the guest service manager , she was amazing and so helpful about the rooms , she contacted us everyday to make sure we were enjoying our stay, she made our holiday the best. We celebrated our anniversary while we were there and Natalie made sure we were spoilt more than usual. Every day all the big managers walk around the complex talking to visitors asking if there is any issues and what they can do to make the complex better. WHAT WE THOUGHT this hotel is amazing , its not as big as some of the other hotels but we liked the fact it was not to big. The staff are all happy and helpful, the reception is lovely and welcoming and smells amazing. There is plenty variety of food and places to eat, the entertainment has something for all ages. The hotel is kept clean at all times, this was our first trip to Egypt but we will with out a doubt be back , and especially to this hotel.

I love it there
I love it there! Its a beautiful place with so much activities to do, everybody will greet you like they already know you, and its so sweet, the food there, (especially breakfast) is genuinely amazing, I was there only for one week, but as soon as I went in plane to go home, I wanted to get back, and I will get sure back. Even though I was in Egypt 4 times, in different places, this is still my favourite

Workers very welcoming and friendly the hotel itself is gorgeous I recommend visiting. Mohamed Hamdy, Ahmed Hosny, and Misha the Animator, they were lovely. The cleaners were also amazing, the location of the hotel is good too alot around it like farsha, soho square and the beach. Would 100% go again

Our stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single detail was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers a warm, relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
What truly makes this hotel special is its incredible team. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

Spent a week here with my partner , cannot fault much at all! Food - my partner has a nut allergy , food was labelled so he was able to stay clear. Food was delicious with a huge range of foods, pasta and pizza cooked fresh, lots of meat Drinks - pool bar was unreal , huge shout out to Alaa who made sure we never went thirsty. Cocktails were good, wide range, drinks were strong enough to taste the spirits , beer was good Location - a bit of confusion with the hotel pictures on the advertisement , the hotel isn’t ON the beach, however you have access to it via a short walk or shuttle that takes you to Remal Beach , you can eat in the restaurants and use their bars. Dip in the sea etc so it’s not the end of the world Spa- unreal massage from a lady in Remal Beach, I think her name was Breda ? I went back a second time because it was so good! Decent prices too 10/10 Entertainment- the entertainment lacks slightly. They do morning stretching and Zumba and then it goes quiet until the evening. There was a darts board which they only played once and the entertainer didn’t know how to play it so it was a short game where the rules made no sense . There was a volleyball net we could utilise which we loved, brought people together. Also goals for water polo. This was never an activity with the entertainment team but there to use yourself. Evening shows were okay , we did not appreciate getting hassled by some of the team to go out out in the night to other bars and clubs. Charging €25 each for a 2 min coach there and back and a free drink. We could defo do it cheaper ourselves , they didn’t take no for an answer Restaurants - there are al a cartes in the hotel that you can book. They get booked up so quick we could only manage to get two booked. However one of them was not made clear on where the restaurant was. We assumed it was in the beach hotel. Walked down there and was told it was in white hills. We asked security of remal beach who said we could walk there (45 mins) then we walked up to our hotel and a taxi man was whistling at us. we asked him to take us. He didn’t know where the restaurant was. We then went to reception who said it’s at another hotel. I asked how we get there he said he can get us a taxi. We were then late and he said he can’t contact them to let them know and we will miss the booking by the time the taxi arrived so we went to Soho square instead to eat. Was not great that no one in either hotels had an idea on where this restaurant was. Outside the hotel you can use InDrive as an uber to go to Soho square or Naama bay , where there are bars , shops and restaurants. It’s super cheap and I highly recommend ! Soho square is round the corner from the hotel Rooms - great rooms, great view, amazing room service who topped up water every time and left towel animals. The whole hotel was super clean, staff always cleaning floors , walls, windows etc First time in Egypt and we loved it! Thank you
