The hotel left only positive impressions. Beautiful and well-maintained grounds, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and varied food. I'd especially like to mention the staff – everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The beach is excellent, the sea is warm and beautiful, and the grounds are well-organized. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the entertainment team will keep you entertained. Various activities, parties, and evening shows – everything was top-notch. We had a wonderful vacation! Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and good mood. We'll be happy to come back again! ❤️🇪🇬
Mixed, better hotels but the pool/beach are lovely
Currently here at the moment, it's ok. The beach is lovely and the pool is nice but you'll often find yourself without a drink at lunch/dinner.
The staff are working hard but this reminds me of hotels from many many years ago (I may have mentioned faulty towers once or twice to my partner), food wise it's fairly basic apart from the cooking station which ranges from good to what you'd expect at a hotel with this rating. The Egyptian (as part of the AI) was very tasty.
It just seems very disorganised and chaotic, expectations for the last few days are fairly low, it's a good holiday but if we paid anywhere similar to the rixos.....we'd not only be disappointed but angry.

Baron Palms was a fantastic choice for our holiday. The whole resort is beautifully maintained, very clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere, and entertainment team are the best and the funniest.

We had a fabulous week at the Baron Palms Hotel. Never been before and don’t normally do all inclusive, but the hotel, staff, food, location were great and we’d definitely go back. Nothing was too much trouble.
