What an amazing hotel absolutely beautiful rooms food and even better people that represent this hotel big massive shout out to the best barman in lobby Hossam goes above and beyond every day to make everyone happy and what a beautiful human this man was will deffo be back

Great stay!
I am currently on my stay here and die to leave in a few days (my stay is for 2 weeks). I have been to Sharm 5 times and this is by far the best holiday we have had in Sharm. I will break it down.
Room: The room is great, we got upgraded for our anniversary and the room is really big, with a huge bed which is really comfortable. The room comes with a mini bar stocking 2 cans of Stella, Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite and Fanta, along with water and tonic water. You don't need to plug adapters as all English plugs work here (they have installed universal plug sockets). It also comes with a mosquito repellent plug in and housekeeping also sprays your room if there is any inside the room. TV is a nice size but only a few English speaking channels. Bathroom is really big with light up mirrors. Only downfall is that the drains are quite slow.
Food: Basic food, but there was always something to eat. Beef casserole, chips, chicken, salad, ommletes etc. The snack bar has nice stuff for lunch (burgers, baggettes, salads and pizza) and is cooked fresh everyday. This bar also does late breakfast like croissants and rolls. You'll never go hungry here.
Bars: We drunk mainly in the English Pub and pool side bar. The bar staff as a whole were amazing, and the pool bar staff work so hard! We never even had to get up for a drink. All the bar staff are super friendly and so polite and made our stay amazing.
Facilities: There are two pools. One is quiet and the other is for activities. The quiet one is very deep and so lovely and cool. All the lifeguards are so polite and are great fun, so a special about out to them too! The wave pool is great fun aswell!
We will be returning next year to this hotel. Even though there isn't that much entertainment, the staff here make it worth it. Special shout out to the pool side bar staff, the English Pub bar staff and the lifeguards. Can't wait to see you all again next year, and thanks for making our stay great!

Pool bar guys were great in particular Al Saheed kept us topped up all day, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed
