Steigenberger Alcazar

I have been in many all-inclusive in various parts in the world and I have never been spoiled like my husband and I were at this resort. We were there November 2023 and stayed for two weeks. The only thing my husband and I did not like was the fact that we had to leave. The young fellow Ahmed, who cleaned our room was exceptional. The staff are always looking out for us to make things more pleasant and are always asking us if there is anything that they can do for us.

Fantastic hotel probably the best in Egypt, everything a customer looking for luxury could want

This was our first stay at this hotel . The staff were amazing anything you needed . The hotel is spotless . The rooms were lovely clean towels every day , if you need an iron just ring up and they bring you one . The food was amazing, so much to choose from . Plus you have the À la carte restaurants . The beach has lovely food with waiter service , or you can go to the buffet restaurant. There is a pool bar which we didn’t go to as we were on the beach everyday . The beach was lovely with loads of beds which you didn’t need to reserve. You have a choice of bars too . The drinks were lovely, the best I’ve had in Sharm . There was also entertainment too which was great . At the beach they come round with cold flannels , water spray , drinks and glasses cleaner . The only thing that was disappointing was we couldn’t keep the room on as our flight wasn’t till later . But overall this is a lovely hotel and we would definitely return .
