Good : Outstanding food and plenty of choices, I was positively impressed. Drinks were great Clean room. Helpful management. Most of the staff very polite and nice . Thank you to Alla from restaurant service . Good internet . Overall an outstanding hotel . Negative: Sea at the location not suitable for swimming or snorkelling. One guy from kitchen Abdo H overpassed the professional boundaries and text my wife on facebook several times making her feeling uncomfortable ruining our last 2 days . Shameful person Abdo H. This behaviour should not be tolerated by management . Probably if he acted like this with my wife he act in the same with other women. He need to respect privacy and be professional and learn to respect the women.

3rd visit to this amazing hotel. As beautiful as ever, the gardeners do an amazing job! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There are definite improvements with the entertainment programme, which is great to see. A few names to mention who made our visit more special: 1st pool. Emad lifeguard. Mustafa, drinks trolley Middle pool. Emad lifeguard. Mohammad, drinks trolley Main bar. Walaa Main restaurant, amr, Emad. Samuel Sanafir. Mahmoud. Ahmed. Makeen and the brummie Limoni/breakfast service. Rabab Housekeeper. Eissa Thank you to them. Having spoken to staff, they were all complimentary towards the hotel managers, who genuinely seem to care about staff wellbeing. So that was great to hear. We were also invited to a GM cocktail reception and meal. It was so nice to hear how passionate the managers were about the constant improvements being made, and future plans. A real gem of a hotel. Short transfer time which is also a bonus.
