I would like to make a complaint regarding the condition and cleanliness of our room. We checked in before yesterday and unfortunately, the room is not as clean as it should be, and the condition is clearly visible in the photos I have posted. The carpet is particularly dirty, and despite requesting a deep cleaning, we were told that the room had been cleaned, but there was no noticeable difference.

We also had an issue with the fridge yesterday. It was not cooling the drinks properly, so they were not getting cold enough. We also reported that the lamp would not turn off when we closed it. Instead of properly fixing the problem, the lamp was simply removed. Now, when we open the fridge at night, there is no light inside, and we have to turn on the room light just to see what is inside.

I want to emphasize that the service from the staff has been great, and we appreciate their helpfulness. However, I am genuinely disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room itself. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much higher level of room maintenance and cleanliness. The guys who cleans our room always puts 2 towels for us though we are 4 2 adults and 2 children I’ve talked to him so many times in English, Arabic , wrote notes but nothing he still puts two .

I would appreciate it if management could look into this properly and arrange a thorough deep cleaning and resolve the remaining issues with the room. It would’ve been great if the room was clean and in good condition.

Overall the stay was good ( Reem ) she was responsible for reservation of a la cart restaurants was not professional at all and spoke to us in a very impolite way although her manager tatyana came to use and apologize for the situation, Second day till 3.5 pm the room did not made yet ! We made a complain and tried to resolve. Aqua park were very very good and amazing our kids were happy Food super good Thanks
