Amazing customer service
The waiter in the restaurant Alaa Sobhi went out his way everyday to help my family of 13 including babies . He went above and beyond , very polite and happy and did his best all from his heart . He is a gem in the resort and really made stay amazing .very great man and thank you for an amazing experience .
Great 10-days experience
We were at the hotel with my sister and friend for 10 days. Really liked everything: from sea and pools to food and programme. The hotel is huge with nice rooms, cleaning was every day (amazing doves from towels too) Everybody working is very nice and pleasant. Hotel is close to airport and city. The entertainment programme lasts from morning till night: yoga, dance, beach parties, karaoke and shows — everything amazing, the atmosphere is cool and very friendly!Thanks to everyone for this experience.

Amazing animation
The hotel is great and animation team are super, couldnt ask for a better team to speak with and have a laugh with. The hotel has a beautiful beach and great food. Would definitely recommend people to come here
