Fantastic hotel
The location of this hotel is great, close enough to go to farsha cafe, soho square etc. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff are quietly busy, nothing is too much trouble. All staff were attentive, friendly and happy to help. The room was nice enough, no complaints. Our housekeeper Sayed, was a joy. He made us smile everyday with his charming personality and towel animals. The hotel was immaculately clean. This hotel was value for money, drinks and food available always. From the restaurants to the bakery. Food was nice, catered for everyone. Only downfall was the cocktails, no matter what they just didn’t taste nice. However that was the only criticism I could give. I would have happily paid £3 for a decent cocktail from the hotel. The noise level were low. The animation team were lively and enthusiastic. Deemo has to be the most energetic person in the whole complex. Toota, Lou Lou, Sasha and Kuva ( I think that’s his name) were brilliant, they were welcoming, entertaining and gave their best at everything they did. The evening entertainment was decent if not slightly repetitive.We had a great time here and would highly recommend.
Good hotel
The cleanliness is excellent, the room furniture is well-organized, the designs painted on the bed are wonderful, and the food is varied and delicious.
Family holiday
It was so good. The entertainment team are amazing especially Lou she has really taken time to get to know us and we couldn’t thank her more.
Amazing holiday!
From the fist moment we love this hotel. Territory is so big and beatiful, a lot of pools and slides, different areas for kids and adults. Animation team does a lof of activities and parties every day. Rooms are so clean and big, food is tasty and staff is so lovely!

The room cleaning was impeccable, all our requests were met immediately, very kind and friendly, always making wonderful things for us from the towels. Thank you Amr Gohar! The staff is very nice everywhere, both in the restaurant, in the bars and at the pools.
