Amazing time
Just back from 10 nights at Laguna Vista. Family of 7! We had an amazing time. The hotel staff from chefs to waiters to lifeguards amazing. The entertainment staff were one of the best parts so accommodating, friendly and really got to know you particularly Panoo and Marcel. Spot on! Will really miss them and their energy. Rooms were spacious, cleaned daily to a hug standard and all around good experience. Only issue we had was people knocking on one of our doors and cold calling the phone on a couple of occasions which wasn’t dealt with by reception despite promises. Standard Egypt belly but all in all a great holiday and would highly recommend. So much choice of pools and things to do. Close to local shops for a wander out and next door Hard Rock was amazing. We did a couple of trips booked on site for the quads (AMAZING). Speed boat with snorkelling and saw dolphins and paragliding all well informed and kept in touch by what’s app as to best times re the tide etc to go out. We had an amazing holiday and have the blues now :-(

Incredible
Incredible time at the hotel, the staff were so welcoming, the lifeguards so helpful, the bar star amazing, the animation team were incredible, amazing with the children and they have all made our holiday so special. Panno especially was so so amazing the children never stopped talking about him.

What a holiday! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were even better. They were so friendly and helpful. The animation team were excellent, always around the pool area, keeping things lively and getting everybody involved. PANOO became our family favourite, he always came to say hello throughout the day, attentive to the children and made special effort to say goodbye when we came home. It felt like we were leaving a family member behind. I'd also like to thank our cleaner, Muhammed who was so kind and made great origami out of the towels, which the kids looked forward to seeing after a day by the pool. Over all, we had an amazing holiday, filled with life long memories. We miss it already. Thank you Laguna Vista!

Great Family Holiday
Fantastic hotel! The staff were very nice and couldn’t do enough for you! The cleaner assigned to our room was fantastic and my daughters looked forward to seeing what different towel creations he came up with each day! Lots of different pools all with a different atmosphere, so whether you want lively or relaxed there is a pool to suit you. Panoo from the animation team was great and always had a laugh with us all. We booked to go to HardRock Cafe through Panoo and had a fab night! Our one critique is that ice cream is not served throughout the day. In 30-40 degree heat all my daughters wanted was an ice cream. Overall, a fab family holiday!
