Every single visit reminds me why returning here annually has become an absolute tradition for my family the consistent quality, warmth, and commitment to excellence are truly unmatched. ​A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Mr. Tamer Tantawy,🤍🤍🤍 the Guest Relations Manager. He is, without a doubt, the primary reason we keep coming back year after year. Mr. Tamer is an exceptionally polite, respectful, and dedicated professional who goes above and beyond for every guest. Parotel Beach Resort is genuinely fortunate to have someone of his caliber maintaining such outstanding service standards. ​I also want to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Abou El Seoud, the Morning Shift Manager. Mr. Abou El Seoud is an extraordinarily kind and noble person who took continuous care of us throughout our entire stay. My kids formed a genuine bond with him he was always present, ensuring everything ran smoothly, even though we experienced zero issues! ​Special appreciation goes to the General Manager, Mr. Abdel Ghaffar. Every time we saw him around the resort, he was remarkably friendly, approachable, and proactive, constantly checking on guests to ensure everything was perfect and asking if we needed any assistance. ​The front office team made our arrival and overall stay flawless. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed El Sayed, Front Office Manager, for his warm and professional welcome, and Mr. Reda, Front Desk Manager, for his excellent management. ​Our housekeeping experience was equally outstanding thanks to Alaa from the Housekeeping team. He was the epitome of respect and extremely quick to respond—he never delayed or hesitated for a single request. He kept our room beautifully organized and created creative new towel art shapes on the bed every day, which brought so much joy and happiness to my kids! ​The culinary team made every meal a delightful experience. Special thanks to Chef Nagi at the main restaurant and Mr. Sayed Khairy, Restaurants Manager, whose extreme politeness, charm, and dedication ensured everyone received top-tier service. We also greatly appreciated Mr. Mohamed Kamel, Assistant Restaurant Manager, for his stellar support. Huge compliments to Chef Mohamed Oraby for his fantastic pasta department, as well as Chef Mohamed Mahmoud and Chef Yasser at the Italian restaurant. Mr. Ismail, responsible for snacks, deserves a special shoutout for his attentive care. ​On the leisure side, Captain Mohamed El Asyooti at the pool was exceptionally polite and helpful, going out of his way to assist my son with swimming, which meant the world to us. ​Last but not least, I do not want to leave anyone out, as literally every single staff member was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional in every interaction. Thank you to everyone at the resort we are already eagerly looking forward to returning next year🤍🫶🤍

A Wonderful Family Stay at Parrotel Beach Resort ❤️ Our stay at Parrotel Beach Resort in Egypt was truly special and left us with many wonderful memories. We spent a fantastic family holiday here and will remember our time at the resort with great pleasure. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, and its location is very convenient. We travelled as a family of three (2 adults + 1 child) and stayed in a spacious family room, which gave us plenty of space and comfort. One of the biggest advantages was the sea view from our room – every day we could enjoy the beautiful scenery and the wonderful holiday atmosphere. One of the greatest treasures of the hotel is the jetty leading directly into the sea. This is where we had the opportunity to admire the beautiful coral reef and go snorkelling among colourful fish. Swimming in such an amazing underwater world was an unforgettable experience for all of us. 🐠🌊 We also really appreciated the possibility of leaving the hotel grounds. There are shops and stalls nearby where you can find various souvenirs and little gifts to take home from Egypt. The area felt peaceful and very safe, which allowed us to enjoy walks and shopping without any worries. However, what truly touched us the most was the kind, helpful and caring hotel staff. From the very first day, we felt genuinely looked after. A special thank you goes to Sayed, the hotel manager, and his team. Thanks to them, the resort had such a warm, welcoming and almost family-like atmosphere. Sayed and his team did much more than simply take care of our needs. They made us feel like genuinely valued guests rather than just tourists. Their smiles, kindness and dedication really made a difference and made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hotel offered delicious and varied food, which was another highlight of our holiday. Parrotel Beach Resort is a place where you can truly relax, slow down and feel cared for. And for that special atmosphere, we would especially like to thank the entire hotel team.
