Amazing hotel
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Holiday – Outstanding Staff!
We have had such a fantastic holiday at Paradise Lagoon Resort. The hotel is beautiful, the pools are lovely, and the whole atmosphere has been relaxing and family-friendly.
A special thank you to Adelhai, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed with a genuine smile. His kindness and exceptional customer service really stood out and made us feel so valued as guests.
The entire staff team at Paradise Lagoon work incredibly hard. Every member of staff we met was polite, helpful, and always happy to help. They truly are a credit to the hotel and are one of the main reasons we would happily return.
Thank you all for making our holiday so special. We would highly recommend Paradise Lagoon to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday with outstanding service!

Holiday from hell
Wr go on holiday twice a year as a family this hotel is an Absolutely shambles of a place just home have had food poisoning im not the only one half hotel did rooms have eggs growing on walls beds are covered in bedbugs again not just ours every guest was complaining to manager guests were checking in and trying to arrange other hotel's the next day. Doctor onsight is not a doctor and was giving out false medication and diagnosis to guests lucky one of the guests was a doctor who confronted the manager about this. Staff at the bar and reception at bar are really nice and helpful only good thing about this hotel my kids are all covered in head to toe in bites that was happening at night in bed not during the day as we had bands and sprays that protected us. One of our rooms had materies curtains and rugs removed as well as bedding and a spray gun in the room treating it but still did not help. Hotel toilets rooms and reception are dirty. I've never written a review before and do not like doing this but avoid this hotel at all costs we were there this week 7 july2026. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and my kids are in real pain with the bites. Again was not just us I've never seen so many guests cry complain call there holiday provider to get out people booked flights home just to get away
