I had an amazing time the staff are absolutely brilliant, very helpful and friendly with the kids
Couple review with tips.
The hotel is in a good location to travel out. Use app inDrive DO NOT USE HOTEL TAXI.(rip off by £10) Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Our favourite I must mention was smoky garden, Wild West & hard rock. Atmosphere was great however we stayed away from animation bar as full of kids and we didn’t have any this time however lots to do for kids and was always pumping every night and looked fun. Upstairs bar amazing and pool swim up( momen, mamooud and mostifa are wonderful bar men. My staff list is .. IBRIHIM CLEANRR Mammood bar pool Momen bar Mostafa bar Micheal reception Islam cleaner Mohammad new bar man on day we left Mohammad manager Mohammad big restaurant These staff we got to know and could not have done more for us. Food. It’s ok, we always found something but don’t believe the English and Russian bar. I preferred the Russian as ion Sunday had a roast dinner. English is chips and chicken nuggets. We always had something.but if your picky eater don’t go all we heard was they don’t even do chips (it’s cheaper for a reason) Rice, pasta, chips in English bar, fried chicken, fish, beef goulash is a stew. Breads, Our room was big and clean had a fridge with unlimited water supplied. Tea coffee suger cream powder. Towels changed everyday but do leave tips as staff get £112 a month and wages are made up from tips.we did $2 a day for bar and cleaning and we did it on the day too some and we seemed to get remembered better. Towel man we tip $2 too and he got our beds and if someone takes them he and lifeguards sort it. We had $100 for tips and had 9 left after a week so pretty good. English be aware lots of Russian and they are so RUDE Will push you out the way and jump I front. The staff don’t like this and will make a point of serving u first. We found the swim up pool mainly English and met over 10 family’s and had a good little crew every afternoon.but were English 🤷🏼♀️ Last of all ladies don’t believe everything you hear. Men do not touch you and do not hassle etc with partner they are good we only saw this from girls who encouraged it. We also did 4am quad bike amazing better than sunset and we did vip £65 White Island trip.with free scuba diving.& snorkelling Hany the rep for sun international amazing. A must is beach over road the fish on shore line WOW finding nemo at its best 🥰 Do not accept prices and u must haggle they over charge by loads as English don’t haggle. T-shirt yes sir £150 😳 no no £50 for 8 We got 8 for £43 so don’t be afraid.walk away and go back later if to much and say final offer I’m leaving they take it. Second it’s not cheap. Same as UK beer in hard rock £11 beer No beer Wild West but let you go shop Smoky garden really cheap £40 2 beer. 2 cocktail extra large mixed grill and 2 crab 🦀 Soho and naama bay (Panarama ) a must.

This hotel is a bit dated in terms of the furnitures and bathroom features . But the rooms are very big and spacious . My room was cleaned every day by Ahmed he is brilliant room 7226/7225. He would make funny animals with the towel . We came hime one day to a figure laying in the bed with sandals on it was made from towels complete wearing sunglasses. Ahmed is always pleasant and help whenever needed . Mohamed from the restaurant was very nice to us he made sure we had enough food to eat and brings whatever we asked him for . I would have to hide and walk by the restaurant if we went out to eat as he would say where were you today lol . The pools are lovely and well secured with lifeguards. The kids enjoyed their stay . The hotel is also very close to shops and pharmacies, we walked to the McDonald’s and Hard Rock Cafe about 20mins walk , we walked everywhere . Ther is also a supermarket by the name of all market you can get everything in there , we even bought items to take back home . Oh and before you arrive download Indrive app it’s a God send for getting taxis at cheaper rates . Overall it was a lovely holiday , will definitely be back. Did I mention the boat trip to White Island and the safari trip on the quad bikes or family buggy complete with a fire show and dinner . 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Cleaner mahmoud very good. Very helpful everyday. Room 7442 very clean 👌 . He is a pleasure to have at this hotel. Lovely man .well trusted thanks again 🙏
Much needed time away
Have had the best two weeks something for everyone staff and food all good well recommended a big shout out to Ziad who made our room fresh everyday and little surprises look after him
