Our 10th Visit… and We’ve Already Booked Our 11th! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We have just returned home after another fantastic 10-night stay at Coral Sea Waterworld, and it was every bit as wonderful as our previous visits. This was our 10th stay, and just one day after arriving home, we booked our next holiday here. That says everything about how much we love this hotel.
A huge thank you to Ahmed Saad, who once again went above and beyond for us. Before we even arrived, he patiently answered our many questions and kindly arranged for us to have our favourite room, which made our stay even more special. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Ahmed, and his professionalism, kindness and genuine care for returning guests are just some of the reasons we keep coming back.
The staff throughout the hotel are exceptional. The gardeners work tirelessly every day and keep the grounds looking absolutely beautiful. The hotel is spotless, and their hard work certainly doesn’t go unnoticed.
The water park lifeguards and pool staff are second to none. They are always smiling, friendly, attentive and fantastic with both adults and children, creating such a fun and safe atmosphere around the pools.
A special mention also goes to Kamal and the security team at the entrance gate. Every day they welcomed us with genuine smiles and friendly conversations, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
Our stay was made even more memorable as our daughter celebrated her 14th birthday during our holiday. The kindness shown by the staff was incredible. The water park team decorated her sun lounger and umbrella, making her birthday extra special from the start of the day. Our room attendant in Block 2, Floor 2 (whose name we sadly didn’t catch) transformed our room with amazing birthday decorations that completely exceeded our expectations. To top it all off, the hotel surprised her with a beautiful birthday cake delivered to our room. These thoughtful gestures created memories our family will treasure forever.
Every member of staff works incredibly hard and genuinely wants guests to have the best possible holiday. Coral Sea Waterworld isn’t just another hotel to us anymore, it’s become our second home.
Thank you to Ahmed Saad, Kamal, the security team, the gardeners, the water park lifeguards and pool staff, our wonderful room attendant, and everyone else who made another holiday so memorable. We are already counting down the days until we return next year!

Great family holiday!
Amazing holiday at Coral sea water world! We stayed 7 nights in a double family room with my husband and 2 children 13 and 11 yo. Room was modern, clean and spacious.
From start finish the staff were extremely friendly and approachable. I’ve read reviews regarding the life guards. We didn’t have a single bad encounter. They all kept us safe whilst making us laugh. Every staff member at that resort work tirelessly for your comfort and pleasure.
The main restaurant is your typical all inclusive buffet restaurant but the variety with the themed nights were good. The à la carte restaurants were very good. Well worth paying the £5 for the grill restaurant. My daughter has a severe nut allergy and we were worried that foods would not be labeled or staff wouldn’t take this seriously. This was far from true. The hotel was the safest hotel we’ve been to relating to her food allergy. When we visited the Asian restaurant to chef came out and spoke to my daughter directly and reassured her that her food would be cooked separately. We have never had such amazing service and been so reassured.
The water park and pools were fantastic. Loads of sun beds at anytime of the day. No long queues for the water park(take water shoes the floor is as hot as lava). Great swim up bars!
We went on two trips..1)quad biking in the morning (booked with Falcon) excellent value for money. Think if we went again we would do the evening one with star gazing. 2) half day boat trip with Aquarius…this was amazing. I 100% recommend booking with Aquarius at the hotel. Reasonable and the guide was exceptional and the boat was stunning.
Within close proximity to shops and a few bars. All extremely reasonable. We had a bad experience with a taxi driver coming back from SOHO square (in my opinion not worth a visit). If we went again I’d only use the hotel taxi service not flag one down from outside the hotel. Worth the extra few pounds.
Overall we had a brilliant week and wished we’d booked longer. We normally aren’t keen on all inclusive style holidays but we had the best time from start to finish.
We would 100% book again!

Great stay had so much fun would definitely come back
Very good atmosphere including the entertainment from the animation group specifically budda he was good fun and inclusive to everyone. The whole location had so much to do outside of the resort with bars and nightlife. The rooms were top tier with their constant resupply of water and great AC units

We stayed here for 11 nights and honestly couldn’t fault the hotel itself. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest we’ve ever come across. Every member of staff made us feel welcome and always had a smile on their face.
The rooms were stunning, very modern, and incredibly spacious. The beds are quite firm and can feel like you’re sleeping on a brick at first, but you soon get used to them—it’s something we’ve found at quite a few hotels anyway.
The only real disappointment was the entertainment/animation team. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem interested in getting guests involved and often didn’t stick to the activity timetable. On several occasions we asked when activities were starting, and the response was just a shrug or “oh well,” which wasn’t very helpful. It was definitely the biggest let-down of the holiday.
The food was decent—pretty much what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort. There was always something to eat, and we never went hungry.
If you’re reading negative reviews, don’t let them put you off. Every hotel has people who complain, but we genuinely had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.
There are loads of sun loungers around the pools, so there’s no need to be up at 6am trying to reserve one. The loungers also come with mattresses and pillows, making them really comfortable.
The pools were always spotless. The maintenance team were constantly on top of everything, cleaning the pools every morning, while the gardening and maintenance staff worked around the clock to keep the hotel looking immaculate. The grounds were beautifully maintained and never looked overgrown or neglected.
A special mention to the housekeeping team—they were brilliant! Every day they created something different with the towels, from swans to monkeys, and it always made us smile. They were incredibly friendly and worked so hard.
The music around the pool creates a nice atmosphere, although it can get a little repetitive as it seems to play on a loop. Still, it’s much better than having no music at all.
The water park is great fun for both adults and children, but definitely pack some water shoes! The ground gets extremely hot during the day, and you’ll thank yourself later. 😂
The hotel is also located right on the beach, which is ideal if you enjoy spending time by the sea. Personally, I’m more of a pool person, but having the beach just a few steps away is a huge bonus. The sand is quite gritty rather than soft, golden sand, but that’s exactly what you’d expect in this part of Egypt.
Another big plus was the transfer time. It only took around 10–15 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel, which was brilliant. If you’re travelling with young children or just want to start your holiday as quickly as possible, you really can’t ask for better.
Overall, we had an amazing 11-night stay. The hotel, staff, cleanliness, facilities and location were all excellent. The only thing stopping this from being a perfect stay was the entertainment team. If they improved their organisation and guest interaction, this hotel would easily deserve 5 stars. We’d definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

best time in a long time
came here 1st - 8th july, it is my 7th time coming, and this time was one of (if not) the best time ive had. The animation team made my stay so much better - budda, lilly, tia (and the others but forgot their names sorry😂). They are all such a good group of people to get on well with and have lots of laughs with - especially at the clubs with them...😂 Some people may say they arent very entertaining but in my experience, i have had so much enjoyment being with them. Just want to say a massive thank you to them for making me feel welcomed. And i hope all of you continue to do great in the future and dont stop being yourselves🫶. Cant wait to see you next time, Goodbye for now.❤️
