Al-Fayrouz
The Al-Fayrouz restaurant at the hotel was very nice and had a fantastic atmosphere. Mohammed Sameh was extremely helpful and diligent as a waiter. I would recommend to anyone interested in a Turkish/oriental restaurant.

Firstly , I would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks millions to entire team of Continental plaza Sharm and especially Mr. Shawky Maghata for his warm welcome and the hospitality he showed to guests while he is in the lobby. If you deal with Mr. Shawky you will feel the warm welcoming and greetings with true hospitality. Also I would like to mention the new and renovated areas in the hotel especially the artificial waves near the aqua park and beach area. I have stayed with my family for one week at Continental Plaza Beach resort and it was an amazing experience from the moment we arrive and met Mr. Shawki Maghata who is an idle model for the true hospitality and customer service. He provides the sincere help and offerings of the facilities and recreation options in the hotel that you will need during your stay to make it a memorable stay and consistently follow up to ensure everything you expect is available. His warm welcome and natural smile while meeting guests accidently in the lobby is markable and let you feel you are at home and welcomed. Because of the professional way of welcome and high standard of customer service received from Mr. Shawki Maghata we decided to spend our annual vacation yearly at Continental Plaza Beach Resort in Sharm Elsheikh as this week we spent was one of the best vacation days we have in Egypt during our vacation. Mr. Shawki I really want to meet you again and looking forward to have many team members in the hotel who do the same with the entire guests which will help to lift up the level of service in the hotel and will make the level of service up to guests expectations.
