Chamillion Gardens Aqua Park Hotel
Shehab at the reception went out of his way to accommodate us as a family throughout our entire stay. He fully understood our needs. He is an x English teacher, we spoke straight the queens English to him and he fully understood without using sign language or Google translate. I'm being brief. We also had a situation with a pharmacy return, where he followed up by local phone and handled the drop off and pick up with ease, I just had to collect from him at reception. He is the silver lining to our 5 star experience. We will be returning!

A Fantastic Holiday from Start to Finish
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Charmillion Aqua Park! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
A very special thank you to Shenouda for giving us such a warm and genuine welcome. He made us feel valued from the very first moment and ensured that our stay got off to the best possible start.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every single member of the staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and always happy to help. Their kindness and dedication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of every day.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh dishes at every meal. There was something for everyone, and we looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The hotel itself was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We highly recommend Charmillion Aqua Park to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, excellent food, and an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!
