Good hotel with some problems
Hotel is nice and food is great. But... Second time here and again, we came from Europe with European agency and again they wanted additional money from us at first time. It is a big minus of a hotel. Every time the same. And when you complain, you get money back next day. But why??We paid in Europe to agency. Amd also. Prepare when they are watering. It is so smelly. They are watering with.... Omg. But hotel is nice and food is very tasty. Just please stop with this additional money on first day. This is a big problem!!

Great Holiday
A big shout out to Ahmed for being so kind, helpful and for helping to make our experience so enjoyable. He went above and beyond for us! He is extremely hard working along with the other staff around the hotel. Mostafa also deserves a mention and Omar who works at the pool bars 😊 Also the manager of the buffet restaurant was outstanding the way he helped when he learnt we wasn’t happy with the buffet food, He completely changed our experience at the hotel with regards to the food. The lifeguards who work on the slides and clean around the pool area are also fab! They make the adults and children’s experience a great one 🙌 The cleaners in the hotel are great and go out of their way to make little things with the towels 😁 Shame a couple of the reception staff are not the same as the others around the hotel, This was mentioned by various people. I appreciate they are busy but being the first point of contact a little smile now and then would go a long way. They wasn’t friendly at all really. All in all though a fantastic holiday so thank you Charmillion Aqua Park 🙏

The best hotel in Sharm. The cheffs, staffs and cleaners are very helpful and polite. I love them all, they are hardworking and outgoing. Foods are very delicious. Everywhere is clean. I recommend all
