Don’t listen to bad reviews
I have recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks as a family of 6 and we all had an incredible experience. We stayed in rooms 302 and 303 and our cleaner was called Osama, he did an excellent job of making sure everything was clean and tidy and was overall an awesome guy, he definitely went above and beyond. The entertainment team is also great, they always made sure everyone was involved especially the guy who does the aqua gym. We spent most of our time at the pool at the front of the hotel since it’s quiet and there’s a swim up bar. Mina who is the bar man there made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived he is such a wonderful person to be around. The hotel is in pristine condition, cleaners are always around and the grass is always watered. There were two incidents in the pool whilst we were there which got sorted straight away. The food is different every night and is nice, there’s plenty to choose from. We will definitely be coming again, thank you for everything!
Are there lifts??
I'm thinking of booking this hotel , my wife has mobility issues and uses a scooter. I'm trying to find out if there are lifts down to the food hall? Thx
