This attractive hotel is just a few minutes from Naama Bay, the highlight of Sharm El Sheikh. After driving through the grandiose gates of the resort, guests will find themselves entering an area designed to exist in perfect harmony with the purity of mountain and desert landscapes. The beach bungalows are on a completely separate part of the resort and are located in the Hadaba area, by the private sandy beach of resort.
The two-storey lodgings, with 322 guest rooms, suites, apartments and studios are designed to the highest standards. Amenities include a hotel safe, bars, as well as restaurants, a library (books, chess, backgammon, etc.), the Trixie Club for children (aged 4-8 years and 8-12 years) and the playground.
The rooms feature their own terrace or balcony, with a view of the pool or the stunning surrounding landscape. Facilities include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a hire safe, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone, a small fridge, cots (on request) and air conditioning.

A Wonderful Holiday at Xperience Kiroseiz Premier! 🌴
I am extremely happy with my choice of hotel!
Xperience Kiroseiz Premier is a fantastic hotel with beautiful, spacious grounds, excellent service, delicious food, and really good cocktails.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The entertainment is great, and there is always something fun to do. The whole hotel has such a lovely holiday atmosphere!
Everything you need for a perfect vacation is right here, so you hardly feel the need to leave the resort. You can simply relax and enjoy every moment.
In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. I would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend it to others!

Fabulous hotel and location
2nd visit to this hotel. Seen improvements since last year. All staff are accommodating and friendly. I would give a 5 star but the pool does let it down, concrete coming away on the bottom which you can catch your feet on. I know it’s a busy hotel but the pool is a fundamental part of everyone’s holiday. You have other pools that guests can use, if we visit again it would be lovely to see that it’s been sorted.

Bad stomach
Staying here now,staff are very friendly and accommodating. First couple of days thought everything was great then noticed the very poor hygiene in the buffet restaurants, raw chicken being handled with the cooked chicken,staff picking their noses while handling food , putting fresh food in with old food in the buffet,just a few examples. I've been very ill for the past 3 days and have to keep very close to a bathroom!

very bad organization
Hello, the worst resort I have ever encountered in Egypt, the staff is very pragmatic, even though I gave them tips every day, they treat you with indifference, in the room you can't stand the mosquitoes, and at the pools there are flies, the coffee is horrible, the food is very dirty in the restaurants, in conclusion, don't come here, don't get married, Hurghada is 100 times more expensive than Sharm El Sheikh
The Staff are the real highlight at this resort
Just back from a 10-night stay on the Xperience Kiroseiz Premier, and after seeing a few negative comments on social media, I wanted to share our own honest experience.
Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to David on reception, who made sure we had something to eat before the snack bar closed, as we arrived late in the evening. Such a thoughtful touch after a long journey!
Our room was lovely and spacious, overlooking the pool. The bathroom could do with a little modernising, and the hot water was a bit hit and miss in the evenings, but honestly, with temperatures around 30 degrees, a cooler shower wasn't the end of the world! The room was cleaned every day, there was always plenty of bottled water, and the towel art was such a lovely surprise. It's the little things that make a difference!
The pool area was well maintained, and Ali and Yousef looked after us so well. They always made sure we had fresh towels and even set up our sunbeds for us every day. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Now, Flemon the poolside barman deserves a special mention because this man is an absolute star! He works incredibly hard behind the bar, and our glasses were never empty for long! But what really stood out was his kindness. When he heard I wasn't feeling well, he went out of his way to make me a traditional, soothing warm drink to help me feel better. That level of genuine care and thoughtfulness really touched me. He is an absolute credit to the hotel, and I hope he knows how much he is appreciated!
We only ate at the Atrium restaurant, and we honestly couldn't fault the food. There was a lovely selection of traditional Egyptian, Ottoman and Lebanese dishes, alongside the familiar favourites like chips, hot dogs and chicken nuggets. Something for everyone! The food was always hot, with live cooking stations at both lunch and dinner.
Once again, the staff made the experience even better. Shenouda and Oamar were fantastic, keeping our table clean and our drinks topped up. Quite often, our drinks were already on the table as soon as they spotted us walking into the restaurant! Now that's service!
The entertainment was ok, although it did become a little repetitive, we saw some of the same acts twice during our 10 night stay. This is probably the one area where there could be a bit more variety.
The shuttle buses to the beaches, Soho Square, Naama Bay and the Old Town are a great touch and make getting out and about so much easier. And if you enjoy snorkelling, please don't miss the opportunity. The coral reef is definitely worth experiencing!
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. It's a large complex with beautifully kept grounds, plenty of space and lots to enjoy. Of course, there are a few little things that could be improved, but nothing that spoilt our stay.
For us, though, the real highlight of this resort is without a doubt the STAFF. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about making our holiday special. It's those little moments of kindness, the smiles and the people who go that extra mile that you remember long after you've come home.
A huge thank you to everyone at Xperience Kiroseiz Premier for helping make our 10 nights so memorable. You have some truly wonderful people working there, and they deserve all the recognition they get.
