Stella di mare 5* plus hotel
We have just returned back from this fantastic hotel , to write a review were do I start as soon as we arrived we got a very happy welcome with a smile , we were shown to a room which we were not happy with due to personal reason, they moved us very promptly with out any hassle. To a lovey room we’re We spent 10 nights. All the staff were very polite and helpful always service with a smile , I am gluten free and lactose intolerant as soon as the manger found out they made sure I was well looked after and they provided me with what ever I want , they were always on hand to make sure I don’t eat the wrong food if they was nothing prepared I only had to ask within the ten minutes my plate would appear, thank you very very much to the whole team who work at Stella Di mare sham . We would like to shout out a few very special people who not only looked out for us but made sure our meal time were fun time as well . Melad Boshra who always made our meal time a very happy time and the lovely walid who kept us entertained all week thank you . The rest of the team who looked out for us and deserve a special mention are Bishoy manager , Mohammed manager and our very special Romany Sebre who runs the À la carte restaurant and we had the pleasure of visiting his restaurant twice , Mina manager who came towards the ending of our holiday but certainly made up with his service Honestly the whole team is brilliant thank you to all of them . Finally we wanted a cake and table decorated for a special little boy’s birthday once again it was done 100% no bother the team bought the cake out singing happy birthday sure made this little birthday boy very happy . Last but not least our wonderful Fahim room cleaner he was absolutely brilliant left us with lots of surprises on the bed thank you . Thank you very much to the front desk and all chefs who worked very hard to keep this busy restaurant working We will definitely/hopefully come back to this hotel they is nothing negative about this place loved it ❤️

Absolutely fantastic, every single time
From check-in at reception to Nabil at the pool, the lobby bar team and the Asian and Mediterranean restaurants, the staff are attentive and genuinely can't do enough for you. The beach bar serves incredible lunchtime food, and the buffet restaurant offers the best selection you could imagine. Then there is the team at the pool bar who cannot do enough through the day. There are two many names to mention but genuinely the staff are why we keep on returning. Don't let the horror stories about Egypt put you off. We visit Stella di Mare twice a year, and every year the people and the experience are outstanding. Thank you to all the managers and directors for everything you do!

An amazing hotel with outstanding staff and exceptional service! From the very beginning of the booking process with Mr. Pola, everything was smooth and wonderful. The waiters were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the sea was absolutely breathtaking! 🌊😍 We truly enjoyed our stay, and the amazing team made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again
Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff
The first thing that struck me about this hotel was how well designed it is. We initially stayed in an upper-floor room in one of the buildings on the hill. The buildings are staggered, so you're not looking directly into another room, and every room faces towards the sea. The main building follows a similar design, with rooms overlooking either the swimming pools or the sea.
The reception area is stunning too. Make sure you look up at the beautiful dome above the atrium. Take time to stroll around the gardens as well. They're beautifully maintained, and they've even trained plants to grow through one of the staircases, creating a unique feature. The hotel also has its own golf course.
What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone greeted us with a smile. There are far too many people to mention individually, but a few deserve special recognition.
Seeing Mina and Mahmoud, the lifeguards, helping guests when needed certainly had my heart in my mouth at the time and showed how seriously they take safety. Melad was there every morning on the beach expertly arranging cushions and towels on the sun loungers and even cleaning guests' sunglasses each day.
The team at the beach bar were always friendly and cheerful, especially Walid and Maher. In the restaurant, Mustafa was great and looked after us brilliantly, there are many others, too many to mention but they all were wonderful, always on hand with drinks and helping guests find a great table.
The food was very good, but if you can, ask Romany to reserve a table at the Asian restaurant. You won't be disappointed. Mohammed, who cooks the breakfast pancakes and waffles as well as lunchtime pizzas and pasta, was always smiling and a pleasure to see.
A special thank you also to Khaled, who kept our room immaculate and delighted us with his creative towel art each day. The reception team were always welcoming with a smile and a wave whenever we passed.
Finally, unlike many hotels, the managers aren't hidden away behind the scenes. They are visible throughout the hotel, chatting with guests and making sure everything runs smoothly.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked to come back, which is probably the best recommendation we can give.

Experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
As experienced travelers with high standards (having stayed at Rixos Seagate, Sunrise Montemare, Steigenberger Alcazar, etc.), we know for a fact that perfect hotels do not exist. Stella Di Mare is not a new property, and it has its minor flaws, but if you ask us "Would we come back here?", our answer is a solid "Yes"! The main and absolute highlight is the food. This is the first hotel in our extensive travel history where we experienced absolutely no stomach or digestion issues. Everything was delicious and high-quality. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire hotel team for their excellent service: the reception staff, guest relations, the head chef, waiters, lifeguards, animators, concierge Rafik, and special thanks to our room boy (room 252 in the main building).
