An unforgettable stay with world-class service!
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew we chose the perfect place. The absolute star of this hotel is Olya at the front desk, who went completely above and beyond to make our stay special. She helped us many times and was always smiling. The rooms were spotless, and the views were breathtaking. If I could give Olya and this hotel ten stars, I absolutely would!
Wonderful stay
I booked connected 276,278 rooms . Reception members was highly cooperative especially Mr. M.HASHEM, Restaurant cleaner Mr. Yehia has a good smile. Also Zyad in beach bar and Mohamed from room service. I feel that all employees are smiling. Beach is good, food was delicious and variable. Really I enjoyed with thid wonderful stay. Only comments regarding night shows and animation activities need more variability and attraction
Great value for money and wonderful location
We spent a lovely weekend at this hotel and found everything to be up to high standards. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. Checking in was quick and smooth thanks to Olya at reception. The breakfast selection was decent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. It is a solid choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
Location and staff outstanding
Chose this hotel for location on the beach and the all inclusive facilities. Whilst the location was as described the all inclusive was very misleading. Only the small buffet in the reception area and beach bar are included. We booked looking forward to the sushi restaurant and piano bar, but they are extra which was disappointing. The food was good at all mealtimes although not a big choice. The drinks however were very limited and the vodka was undrinkable. No diet soft drinks so we bought our own. The room service was exceptional quality and very good value. Ice delivered to your room for free too. The minibar is also extra. As others have said, it's the staff that make it so special. The beach bar boys were wonderful as were the restaurant staff. My daughter was bitten by a Moray eel and the lifeguards were incredibly kind and knowledgeable cleaning and dressing it. Thank you! Small coral reefs within a few steps of the beach, so take a snorkel. Really good prices for watersports which are easily accessible. The towel guys deserve a mention too. Book trips through Tripadvisor, so much cheaper. 15 minutes walk to Naama Bay with dozens of shops, bars and restaurants. Haggle, it's fun! Taxis are incredibly cheap too. Tge spa is good with massages and beauty treatments well priced. Would definitely stay again if the price was ok.
