Sitting at just 50 metres from Naama Bay, this hotel is right in the heart of Sharm El Sheikh's entertainment and shopping area. Exceptional dining, nightlife and attractions can all be found within a short walk. The main bus station is just a 10-minute drive away and for twice that time guests can reach the Sharm El Sheikh International Airport. The venue boasts a casino for those who want to chance their luck and the delightful bar is a great option for the ones who want to taste the different flavours of an Egyptian shisha. There is a lively disco for those who want to dance the night away and 8 restaurants serving the whole range of international and traditional flavours one can imagine. The active types will have plenty of options for entertainment with the onsite water sport facilities and the more leisure-happy holidaymakers can settle in the Spa and wellness centre.
We had an amazing stay! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality every day. A special thanks to Chef Amr and Bassam from the main restaurant for their outstanding service and hospitality. I'd also like to thank Albert, Mohamed, and Ayman from the bar team for their excellent service. They were always friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you as well to the animation team, especially Yeha, Abbie, Essa, Ola, and Eid. They were energetic, friendly, and made every day so much fun with their activities and entertainment. Their positive attitude and dedication created such a great atmosphere throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!
We stayed at Naama Bay Hotel & Resort for one week in July This is, in my opinion, a decent 3*** by UK standards.
The hotel is situated amongst lots of shops and restaurants if you get fed up with the All Inclusive food. The food is 'ok', you should always be able to find something but it is standard AI food, mass produced and you won't starve.
Our room 406 was again ok, free air conditioning during the stay. Reception were helpful and informative.
There are two private beaches about a 5 minute walk away if you wanted sun, sea and sand.
Special thanks to ALBERT (aqua park bar) and MOHAMED (life guard) who were both outstanding. Albert in particular was so accommodating, always smiling and looked after us with drinks and ice cream.
One thing we didn't like was the constant hassle by the spa team. How many times do you have to say no thank you....
I would say the nationalities here are 60% Russian, 30% Egyptian and only 10% English. English guests are definitely in the minority here.
Overalll a good stay, 4 out of 5 from me.
The hotel was bigger than expected, over 5 floors each floor has a pool, and bars dotted all over. The food is plentiful and lots of variety. The staff are a credit to this hotel, a polite good Morning afternoon and evening. Mohamed and mido, at the quiet pool, not so quiet as more children as it has shallow areas. These guys made our holiday, enjoying a joke or 2, very attentive with drinks knowing are order, bringing drinks to the bed, towels ready each morning, Samy at the activity pool such a good guy. The restaurant staff always keen to please, finding a table and once again knowing drink orders morning noon and night. The staff are so appreciative of tips no matter how small, but not expected. My only concern is that the service offered Ali from the beauty salon he talks the talk about facials and pedicures a lovely folder with fancy pictures, yes he will offer you a good price. I went for a pedicure and facial, I was horrified by the standards of the salon the lady was lovely, very chatty. I had my feet put Into a footspa, no sign of being disinfected or cleaned, I then had foot scrub and foot massage with equipment that had just been left on a stool I can only guess not being disinfected between persons onto my facial with all the trimming as Ali described, NO THREADING as offered, 2 flannels and a sponge taken out of a cabinet left in a bowl probably rinsed out and re-used. This lovely pleasure cost £80 please do not go to this salon. Management you really need to check this place its unkept, dirty and definitely not meeting sanitary standards.Overall we had a great 2 weeks. Thanks for the memories x
Highly recommended! Abdulrahman at the Aquarium Pool provided excellent service. He is very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming.
We are still enjoying an amazing 10-night stay at Naama Bay Hotel & Resort, and we can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations.
Our standard twin room is spacious, comfortable, and has everything we need: a balcony, a desk, a small table with chairs, and a bathtub. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job every single day. They surprise us with adorable towel animals on our bed, and they even brought us bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes with toothpaste. The room is always spotless.
The food deserves special praise. We mostly dine at the Palm Restaurant, and every meal is a pleasure. The variety is simply incredible. There is something for every taste. We especially love the fresh salads, grilled vegetables, rice dishes, meat, and fish. As for the desserts... there are so many delicious options that even after 7 days we couldn't try them all!
The beach is only about a 400-meter walk from the hotel and has soft sand and a wonderful atmosphere. Every morning we are greeted by one of the beach staff with "Bari luys" ("Good morning" in Armenian), which make us smile every day. He always helps us with our towels, prepares our sunbeds, brings us a small table, and asks whether we prefer more sun or more shade. These little gestures make us feel genuinely welcome.
We also love the morning aqua aerobics and dance lessons on the beach. Abbie, Eid, Issa, Ola and Yaiha - the entertainment team are energetic, friendly, and create such a fun atmosphere. They truly make our holiday unforgettable.
However, the greatest treasure of this hotel is its people. Every single member of the staff deserves appreciation: the receptionists, cleaners, waiters, chefs, security staff, beach attendants, and entertainment team. They are attentive, professional, cheerful, and always willing to do even more than expected. Many of them even learned a few Armenian words to greet us in our own language. Emil, the barman, has stolen our heart. That level of care touches our hearts and make us feel at home.
We wholeheartedly recommend Naama Bay Hotel & Resort to everyone—families, couples, solo travelers, and groups of friends. If you're looking for a hotel with excellent food, comfortable rooms, a lovely beach, and, above all, outstanding people, this is the place to stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!
