What else can I say about this hotel that I haven’t said before?? Absolutely masses this hotel is our favourite place and feels like home …Ive recently returned in July from Marrakesh with my eldest grandchildren and I found myself thinking about Jaz Dreams and how I missed the staff they are what makes this hotel… the only thing Marrakesh had better was an amazing Animation team those guys never stopped from the minute they started work …. We do have to say massive thank you’s too - Mr Mostafa,Mr Soliman,Mr Sayed, Mr Reda,Mohab,Alaa,for all your help and genuine concern when Po was not well and how quickly the Doctors came … Thank you also to Mr Ramy for checking that Po was recovering when he was on vacation…this kind of care we have never experienced anywhere else in the world.. all the staff at Jaz Dreams are some of the most caring individuals we have ever met…they are all the most hardworking, polite and eager to make guests experience the best it could possibly be if the star ratings were on staff right from the General Manager to the gardeners Jaz Dreams would be able to boast 10* Very much looking forward to our next visit at the end of September and finally Po & I would genuinely like to thank each and every staff member for making Jaz Sharm Dreams like Home

A Disastrous "5-Star" Experience – Worst of 20+ Sharm Hotels! (1/5 Stars) I’ve stayed in over 20 hotels in Sharm El Sheikh (from 3 to 7 stars). Jaz Dreams is by far one of the worst for this budget. It is marketed as an expensive 5-star resort but delivers a poor 3-star experience at best. Avoid it. Here is why:

• Deceptive Aquapark: Cleo Park is heavily advertised but basic, located way too far inside the hotel, has a terrible bar, and many slides were broken/closed.
• Dead Entertainment: The animation team is nonexistent with zero schedule, no activities, and incredibly boring, poor music.
• Awful Food & Variety: The buffet was exactly the same for all 6 days. The midday snack is just the same repetitive pizza. Juices/drinks are basic (no herbal teas like anise/peppermint for throat pain), and the "ice cream" is just cheap, colored ice.
• Terrible A La Cartes: The Italian restaurant refused to restock finished items. The Mexican restaurant was a disaster—salty rice, awful kofta, and the waiter refused to let me order a side pasta, forcing me back to the main buffet just to finish eating.
• Bad Service & Hygiene: The main restaurant constantly ran out of cups; I literally had to wash my own cups to avoid waiting. The pool bar feels cheap, and the main bar shuts down early at 12 AM.
• Broken Luggage & No Beach Shuttle: The concierge handled our bags unprofessionally and broke my brand-new large suitcase. Golf cars flat out refused to drive us to the beach despite having kids and my elderly mother with us.
• Medical Bill Surprise: Visited the hotel doctor for my wife's stomach pain and was blindsided by a 2,000 LE bill with zero upfront pricing or warnings.
• Rude & Hostile Staff: The night shisha guy aggressively insulted my nephews for no reason. Worse, the third-party dive center staff were caught openly bad-mouthing Egyptian people to foreign tourists, not realizing my foreigner wife understood every word.

Verdict: This hotel is expensive, not cheap. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its guests. Completely not recommended!
