My vacation was fun. I like the hotel. And staff very nice .
Outstanding resort in the heart of Sharm
My second solo stay at this resort and I cannot recommend this resort enough! The rooms are of an excellent size and standard and are maintained beautifully to a high standard by the housekeeping team The grounds of the resort are tirelessly maintained and immaculately kept by the gardening team Food is of a very good standard and variety from lovely fresh salad to grilled fish and meat. Manager Ossama oversees the operation with great precision. The outdoor à la carte restaurant set on the edge of the beach is certainly a must during any visit! The resort had a variety of pools, the largest one with a swim up bar, all immaculately maintained and all supervised by lifeguards which include the amazing Moamen who is a credit to his job! The resort itself is perfectly located with its own vast private beach with a huge amount of sun loungers as well as a dive and water sports centre, a bar and an eatery. A short 5/10 minute walk takes you into the heart of the vibrant Naama Bay Across the road is the sister Jaz Dreams hotel with its water park and huge array of pools, spa and gym and additional al a carte restaurant which is accessible by Fayrouz guests Back to Fayrouz … the 2 main bars are outdoors set with lovely garden seating overlooking the promenade and the beach, these are staffed by incredible staff including Abdallah, Ahmed and Ayman who certainly looked after me and made my stay a joy! An additional sports bar where you can enjoy main sporting events (Pirates Bar) is available at a supplement charge run in an evening by the friendly Korlos The reception and management team here are a pure joy and will do everything possible to make your stay an enjoyable one … a special thank you from me to managers Mr Salem, Mr Sakry and GM Mr Khalaf who have made this resort my home and most certainly my resort of choice whenever I stay in Sharm To finish … I cannot recommend this resort highly enough … a 6 star resort in my opinion!!! Honeymooner
Accommodation was fantastic. We had a free early Check-in which was a good Start for our honeymoon then we got the honeymoon cake and the wonderful, fast, and efficiency of the stuff made it the best. Dina was also very friendly and guided us through the stay.
Amazing Food and Fantastic Flambé Bar!
We had a fantastic stay at Jaz Fayrouz. The food was fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of variety every day. The Flambé Bar was amazing, the cocktails were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back.
