Wonderful stay during Ironman 70.3
I was there for Ironman 70.3 Egypt. At first glance you find the hotel rooms a bit dated, but the location, atmosphere, beach and more importantly the attitude of everyone is just extraordinarily exceptional! Special kudos to Mr Mohamed Abdolmoneim the General Manager and to Ms Mariam. These 2 and many others are constantly roaming around with big smiles making sure everyone is having a fantastic experience. The all-inclusive was great too. Some meals were better than others but overall still a solid experience. Love the fresh grilled seafood in specific!

It could be better! The hotel's location is great, but the service is not up to standard! The water park is closed, as is the gym, and the entertainment program is poor. The breakfast selection is monotonous.

Amazing Holiday Experience☀️🍺😃🥂
We recently returned from an amazing 2 week stay at Jaz Fayroux and from the minute we arrived to the minute we departed, we experienced very professional and helpful staff who could not do enough to make sure our holiday was a joy to remember.
The location and grounds were fantastic with easy access to Naama Bay resort bars, shops and restaurants. The private beach is also a great asset to the hotel.
A couple of things stand out and need mentioning.
The Flambé Bar hosted by Ahmed Ibrahim, during the day, and ElmMajik Reda Elomiry at night, was a fantastic experience. Both were exceptional in their service and professionalism. Great drinks and funny banter every day.
In the Alfresco restaurant, Mohammed (Mr Smiley), was a credit to the hotel with his helpfulness and joyous manner.
Our room 514, was very well maintained by Faras. Very clean and comfortable where his towel artwork was a joy to see every day. One note is that the shower/ bath could be updated.
Another mention is to Mr Mohamed Abd Elmoneam who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was fantastic to the very end.
In summary, this is a fantastic hotel to visit if you love friendly, professional and courteous staff, in a great location, surrounded by beautiful and well manicured grounds. All right next to the beautiful beach.
We will definitely be coming back and recommending to all our family and friends.
