Still great
Stayed in safir for 8 nights. Second experience here and still great. Service is excellent everyone has been so friendly and so kind to our son zain.
Big shout out to Melad in house keeping. Gehad and Ibrahim in lobby bar. And talaat from Latinos bar. Adel, samir and mohamed from pool bar and Abdullah from paradise bar. All these staff gave us excellent service in our stay we cant thank them enough we hope management appreciate and recognised their efforts.
We hope to come back soon .

Safir is the best
I recently stayed at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully located in Hadaba with breathtaking views of the Red Sea and spectacular sunsets. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pools and gardens.
One of the highlights of the stay was the amazing beach and coral reef. The snorkeling and diving opportunities were excellent, with a wide variety of colorful fish and marine life just a short swim from the shore.
The resort itself is very large and offers several swimming pools, all of which were clean and well looked after. There were daily activities and evening entertainment, creating a lively atmosphere for guests of all ages.
What truly made the difference was the staff. Every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The food was good, with a varied buffet offering different options every day. The restaurants and bars were clean and well organized, and the service was consistently attentive.
Overall, I highly recommend Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, beautiful snorkeling, great facilities, and excellent service in Sharm El Sheikh. I would happily return again.
Perfect hotel to stay in
Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every day.
A special thank you to Mr. Mohammad Ismail, whose exceptional leadership made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always present, approachable, and genuinely attentive to guests, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back!
Bad experience ever
The rooms are old and worn out. I asked to change my room, but my request was refused, and I was told I had to pay around $20 for a room change.
The air conditioner is broken and extremely weak.
The hotel is not good at all. The food is terrible, and the hotel is extremely crowded.
The restaurant staff are unfriendly and not welcoming. My stay was supposed to be for three days, but I could only tolerate one day. I checked out early and moved to another hotel. I still have not received a refund for the remaining two nights.
Amazing stay in Safir waterfalls sharm elsheikh
It’s around the twelve time for me to visit the hotel , everything is more than amazing , location service staff all is perfect , the food is very tasty and rooms are big and very clean .
