Great hotel great staff we stayed for 11 days and no complaints ignore any bad reviews evening entertainment hit and miss but nightlife only 10 mins away in cheap taxi or free shuttle bus.entertainment team very engaging overall we had a great holiday and definitely would return
Introducing the kids to Egypt
My second time here but tge first with my sons. We all love it - the staff are amazing, the hotel comfortable and the transport top level. We would highly recommend and be back next year
Good hotel
Best service ,great stuff and the animation team is good ,the rooms is clean and the food is the best........the pool is big and the place is good as it should be I had a really good time here ,I think I will come to here again the next summer ......

Room was very spacious. Bathroom was fine. Airport very near hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and spotless. Not too noisy. Atmosphere was gd. Pools were great. Great weather, great staff. Check in and out was great. I would recommend this hotel. Loved my trip. Snacks.
MUST VISIT
I visited with my family and had an amazing experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room service was excellent. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were well looked after.
A special thank you to the animation team, especially Besoo and Luza. They were so friendly, fun, and made sure everyone was included in the activities. They really made our holiday even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!
