Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma is a stylish and luxurious resort offering half-board accommodation as well as a generous luxury all-inclusive experience. Room cleaning
Mostafa has been our housekeeping for our stay and has been extremely good. Our room has been kept lovely and clean and has also done us some decorations. He’s a lovely man 😊

We stayed here for 10 nights in room 1038 (executive suite with private pool) amazing! If I could give one suggestion it would be for a bin in the main bathroom area.
Hotel is in a very remote location. We didnt leave or go on any excursions as we wanted a relaxing holiday which we got.
The hotel is spotless, gardens and pools are kept very clean.
We really did want to give this hotel a 5 * as it does have so many positives but before I go to the one negative there are a few staff members that truly go above and beyond and really stand out.! A massive shout out to Ahmed our house keeper who did such a fantastic job keeping our room spotless, really enjoyed seeing his towel art every day You are a true asset to the team Ahmed. Metto ( hope ive spelt right) who tended to us pool side always making sure we were hydrated and made us laugh. Emad so lovely and very knowledgeable, he gave lots of advice to my husband regarding his feet, thanks Emad. Abdo who carried out said pedicure on my husbands feet, brilliant! Lovely Fatima who gave a VIP facial totally recommend this treatment I also had an amazing Thai massage which felt like I was actuallv back in thailand Sorry I didnt catch the name of the lady who gave me the massage but she was so good!
The only negative would be the food which we found hit and miss. The poolside resturant and Maya were the best. The Food we had in these resturants was tasty with excellent service.
Unfortunately my husband became quite ill with a significant bacterial stomach infection which required treatment at the on site 24/7 clinic. We think this was from the buffet resturant.Luckily we did have the funds to pay upfront otherwise it would have been a trip to the local hospital. The treatment although expensive was very good. The Dr spoke very good English and explained everything thoroughly.
