Sheraton Soma Bay has been, and continues to be, our family's favorite vacation destination on the Red Sea. No matter how many other options we consider, we always find ourselves coming back, and for good reason. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The staff consistently make us feel at home with their warmth, professionalism, respect, and willingness to help. From the moment we arrive until the day we leave, we are treated like valued guests and friends. The hotel itself offers everything a family could need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The food and drinks are excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. Housekeeping is always timely and attentive, and we especially love the creative towel decorations waiting for us when we return to our room. It's a small touch that always brings a smile to our faces. The management team deserves special recognition. They are visible, involved, and attentive to even the smallest details. In my experience, Sheraton Soma Bay is a great example of how successful management empowers a trusted and effective team. The result is a consistently outstanding guest experience. Year after year, they continue to exceed expectations and deliver the high standards we've come to appreciate. We spent 14 wonderful days at Sheraton Soma Bay, and we can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have ever had in Egypt.

From the very first day, we felt truly cared for. The level of service was exceptional throughout our entire stay. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They genuinely made us feel welcome and ensured that our holiday was perfect.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its beautiful beach. It is spotless, with soft sand and a gentle entrance into the sea. We felt completely comfortable walking barefoot both on the beach and in the water because everything was so clean and well maintained.

We were also extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, and the overall hygiene and maintenance of the hotel were exceptional. In our opinion, the quality of this hotel is far above the usual Egyptian standards.

The food deserves a million stars. There was a huge variety of delicious dishes, everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Every meal was a real pleasure.

We would also like to give special thanks to our favorite waiter, Ibrahim. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the guests made every meal even more enjoyable. He is a true asset to the hotel.

Regarding the entertainment program, the first week was a little quiet. However, everything changed after the arrival of the new animation team, especially Shiko. From that moment on, the atmosphere became fantastic. There were great activities on the beach, around the pools, and wonderful evening entertainment. Our daughter absolutely loved the mini disco and looked forward to it every single evening. The new animation team brought incredible energy and created a completely new atmosphere throughout the hotel.

As a family, we highly recommend Sheraton Soma Bay to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with an amazing beach, outstanding service, excellent food, exceptional cleanliness, and staff who truly care about their guests.
